Hey Sierra, it is mentioned on the product page, throughout the checkout process, and in the terms and conditions that programs are subscription-based. Additionally, there is a checkbox stating that you have agreed to the terms and conditions that you must acknowledge to purchase. Like a gym membership, you are paying for access to the service (app), we can not force you to utilise what you have paid for. As a show of good faith, we are even happy to pause payments while you utilise what you have paid for and not used.

Yes proceed with caution! Be careful once they get your details and take payment they don't really care. My husband tried to cancel 3 days prior to the next payment but the website had issues. Payment was taken out and my husband finally contacted them via Facebook and they declined any refund even though no follow up program had been implemented. They just keep saying read the t and Cs. Very poor customer service...especially when on their website there is a sales pitch with 100% satisfaction guarantee or a full refund... Please proceed with caution before joining. There are a lot of promises bit they don't care once they get their money. My husband has been injured and seeing a physiotherapist and they still say... Read t and Cs. We are extremely angry at the customer service and will be going to consumer affairs. If refund is recieved we may alter this review to suit but we don't like our chances.
