Airpod Max Headphone Covers
I ordered some airpod max headphones covers. It said 7 day dispatch but this was not the case. It took 3 weeks to receive the covers. I understand these are hand made to order but for a sticker made with a cricut stuck onto some preordered clear covers from aliexpress it was quite long. I also got in touch via email and via instagram and never received a response from either. I found them on google and then after ordering and waiting so long i saw the company had not posted on their instagram for a long time. I thought the company was closed and i was never going to receive my item or get refunded but eventually i did receive them but the customer service was non existent. If the company isn’t really actively trading right now, they should remove their products from the website. And at least respond to people who are keeping them in business.
I like the headphone covers but of course i do - i ordered them. The quality is average but you can’t get anything like it from anywhere else so I guess you pay what you pay… (£30)
