Jordan Guitars Reviews

Great service. Guitar was just as described and Steve made it very easy buy & get it shipped to me on the day I needed it. Responded to every email in less than 5 minutes.
The guitar is something else. Rare to find a seller that packages the guitars correctly to prevent any damage too. Stunning bit of kit.

Steve provided fantastic service when purchasing my latest guitar.
I ordered the guitar before lunch on a Wednesday and it arrived safely on Thursday morning, carefully packaged and detuned for transport.
Beautiful guitar, fast, efficient service and great communication. My first order from Jordan Guitars but probably not my last!
Highly recommended.

Great communications throughout. The guitar was as described and excellent.

Friday afternoon I saw a great guitar offered from Jordan Guitars
Great communication and great service
The guitar was shipped and arrived at its new home on Saturday morning!
Can’t ask better than that!
Thanks Guys!

I was impressed that effort is put into explaining some very minor imperfections on the guitars.
Customer service was great. Quality and price were great. I’d definitely recommend.

Great service. Great guitar.

Transparent with the guitar I bought, highlighting an imperfection. Priced the guitar well and I’m delighted with it. Also gave me a good trade in value on something else and I didn’t have to chase for the money. This is how business should be done. 100% I’ll be back for more in the future.

Jordan Guitars are always so easy to deal with. This is my second experience with them in recent times and I can only say positive things. Will definitely be in touch again when I buy my next guitar!

Met up with Steve Jordan yesterday and was really impressed, I'm very much at beginner level, and I found him to be very patient and helpful and got on really well with him, he clearly has an excellent selection of very high quality guitars and I walked away very satisfied with an SG and Les Paul, it'll be a while before I buy another one, but when I do, I'll be contacting Steve, suffice to say that I think he's one of the best guitar dealers in the UK, if not Europe and the rest of the planet - Highly Recommended !!!

The FSR was quoted as mint condition, and indeed it was, not even a fingerprint. From shipment in England to Australia took 3 days, then another 3 by Australian snail mail. It arrived in undamaged and immaculate. The bonus was that the previous owner added Fender locking tuners and Schaller strap lock buttons. My only problem now is when my wife spots it 🤣

I recently purchased a US Built Fender Telecaster from jordansguitars.co.uk and was extremely pleased.

The quality of the pick ups and set up in general was exceptional, a real players guitar.

Reasonably priced, great customer services from Jordan and packaged impeccably.

I could not recommend highly enough.

Excellent support for a Strat that needed some set up work. Thanks Steve

I highly recommend Jordan Guitars.Steve is a pleasure to deal with.To the point, friendly, and as a working player himself, he has an exceptional knowledge of the guitar business. This is aside from the fact that he has an amazing selection of stock !

My experience of buying a guitar from Jordan guitars was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I am now the very happy owner of a Gibson Les Paul standard 50’s. I highly recommend purchasing a guitar from Jordan guitars. I also got to meet Steve on collection of the guitar and he is a top bloke as you can tell from the daily videos.

A totally professional and thorough service. Steve is very knowledgeable and it was an efficient and straightforward sale.

Great communication, great Guitars and a great guy! Never disappointed shopping at Jordan’s.
