Long story short after 2 days and a phone call this has been resolved. I would also like to thank whoever social media was as I doubt this issue would have been resolved without her.

FINAL UPDATE: I have received communication confirming they have received the information requested from me.

SOLVED: About 3 hours after sending the proof of the emails sent I was contacted and told that the screenshots were not good enough proof of ownership and I was required to send another email from the original account (something I had asked after sending the screenshots).
After that message I replied immediately with a photo of the email being sent to both email addresses as well as a screenshot of myself receiving the email.
Roughly an hour after that I received communication letting me know they were still waiting on the support team to let them know that they had received the email. Then about 30 min after that contact I was informed someone would call to resolve the issue (something I requested in my initial contact with my phone number).
In the phone call they were very polite and tried to explain that the reason there was 'resistance' to solving our issue was that there were a lot of things that seemed scammy and it set off a lot of red flags for them.
In the email following the phone call I was requested to send through some information. When I sent through the information I requested confirmation that my email was received (since this was part of the issue, support not receiving our emails and having to have social media pass our communication around) I still have not received communication confirming that the information I was requested to send has been received.

UPDATE: About 25min after sending this review to Jora via the channels I was no longer being updated through they reached out to me apologized and assured me the issue would be looked into as a priority and someone would be in contact later that day.
I later received an email at 7:48pm my time, (5:48pm in Aus). Asking me to email via the email address in question, we then sent off an email and waited. Next day at around lunch time I followed up as there was no further communication from the 7:48pm email. About an hour and a half later I was told they had not received any communication from us. I have since sent screenshots of the email sent (to both support email addresses) and have yet to receive any further communication even after asking for updates.
To be clear this update was made after Jora's response to this review.

Useless customer support. Account was locked due to some mistakes on a not so tech savvy individuals part. They tried to rectify the issue themselves through support with no luck.
I was contacted as this is getting rather urgent now and tried 4 points of communication over 6 hours ago. One of which got back to me and attempted a password reset which did not resolve the issue. I was then told the problem would need to be escalated and was given a link that did not work.
After screenshotting and sending the "page not found" text I was provided with another link which I had already submitted a request through (over 3 hours ago) this link is also the same one my not so tech savvy friend had used to attempt to resolve the issue.
At this point I was getting a little frustrated and informed them I had already filled out a support form as well as this is the channel the previous person had no luck with and I again repeated the urgency of the matter however I have received no communication after being provided the working link.
If this issues gets resolved I will update this to reflect the efficiency in which it was solved. Otherwise its not even like I could use the service again if I wanted to as the account is still locked after several weeks with no resolution in sight.

Jora is a prime service that you don't need to pay for. They can overdo it with the emails but if you're in search for a job, then this really isn't a negative. I found the best job I've ever had with them and I still work there today. (This is an updated review)

Jora is the best job search aggregator website I've found yet; it's helped me find a few jobs. It saves you time looking through lots of separate job search websites.
Jora lets you type in the minimum income you require, but they could make it better by offering more increments. E.g. letting you choose $80k rather than just $70k or $90k.
There were a few roles I found on smaller, niche sites, which Jora had not found. I'd recommend Jora add those smaller sites to their list.
The android app seemed to have more functionality than the desktop version.
I like the option to save my favourite jobs. But I want an option to ignore results with certain keywords. E.g. I want to search for "case worker," but ignore all results with "care worker." Or search for case workers that work in community services, but ignore roles with the keyword "workers compensation."
Overall, a great website.
