As far as Im concerned been in the work force or a while and when I see jobs advertised every single one of them should state the INCOME & CONDITIONS clearly from dot go, as at the end of the day its all about the MONEY you cant eat promises and maybe's simple If the employer has nothing to hide and of course they have their own vetting system but it remains you can't eat promises and maybe's.
And Ive done 5 stars so you get to see it instead of it being buried in the 1 star dungeon and blanked out.
Thank You Joro for your contact, you can control it all you have to do is make it compulsory that if an advert is to be posted they MUST comply with a salary amount, your hopeful projections dont mean squat when its done to what they ACTUALLY pay these job adverts can be a total waste of experience and personal time when they want you but at a bread crumb rate, families are to be fed and the cost of living is climbing by the day so a better pay rate or no workers with in demand skills, thats what happening right now and why the employer cant find staff, the staff just move on to the Dollar offers...Thanks again for your imput.regards.

They provided regular alerts for jobs they had all the requirements listed for the preference of what was needed in qualifications to apply. Great job seeking site however too many emails repeating the same jobs
