We employed JOR to fix a leak in our roof of our building, they agreed to fix the leak and charged us over £4000 that we paid, however we kept to our side of the verbal contract but JOR failed their side of the contract as our roof was still leaking. They now claim to have done two more jobs to correct the problem and now want a further £1150 to sort the problem that they were sent up to fix in the first place, they did not keep to the verbal contract and I can't see how we can have consensus in idem, it's immoral to further charge people for the same thing twice just because they failed to do what they were supposed to do in the first place I didn't want this company in the first place and certainly not after they failed to do the job after the first job. This company is immoral and incompetent at best and should not be able to pass off what they have as slaters, they didn't ven find out where the leak was and played guessing games a our expense.
