Okay so clearly I'm not the only one who had a terrible experience with Joopzy. I see that they are based in San Francisco, California. I'm looking into making a formal complaint to their small business bureau. Hope Joopzy learns that in today's business, you don't just get away being a scumbag and stealing people's money.
I ordered my two items a month ago (Dec 15), I understand you sent the packages separately and that they take a long time. Sure but then send me the tracking information so I can confirm the packages rather than giving me your worthless words that "they are on the way".
Did they even send it??? That's my question. I had to hound them for the tracking info for the first item. Where is the second one? So I sent them a facebook message complaining that they need to send the tracking info for the second package they supposedly sent, they IGNORED the message! VERY GOOD move guys. Very effective in making sure your customers are truly satisfied.
I can be reasonable but when you don't hold up your end of the bargain, it can be very aggravating for the customers who had already paid for the items that never arrived!
For the future customers, if you value your money and time, don't shop with Joopzy. They are terrible.

***Follow up***: So Joopzy followed up with me almost right away once I posted on Trustpilot. They were very accommodating and quick in assessing the situation. It's good to know that at least they check the feedback from customers and try to do what they can. Long story short, I still haven't received the item but they refunded the item without qualms and it was done in a very speedy manner. I still wish they were proactive, rather than reactive, and prompt about responding to customers whether the complaint was made on a private or public platform; however, the experience was mended by their prompt response afterwards. Thanks Ramiz from Joopzy for resolving the issue.

Please save yourself the headache and DO NOT ORDER FROM JOOPZY.COM! They sell cheap knockoffs in crappy packaging. I promise you will be disappointed and it’s such a hassle to get your money back. It must ship from 1/2 way around the world, the instructions are written so poorly, the packaging is bubble wrap, nothing suitable for gift-giving. Run. Run far, far away!!!

I am just another sucker that hasn't read the reviews before ordering. I made a pretty big purchase with JOOPZY on Dec 3 2018 and haven't receive anything from them. I have called them on several occasions and the lines are always "busy". I emailed them on numerous occassions and 3 times they said they mailed my items but kept ignoring when i kept asking for tracking info. They take over a week to respond as well. First rep said it takes over 15 days to be shipped to Canada, second rep said over 30 and third rep had different info as well. I don't think they mailed anything to me at all 😡

its been a month and I still havent received my item. They keep referring me to Canada post saying its been delivered when it obviously hasn't been. What a scam!

Great belt, gives a whole new meaning to snail mail.
I ordered 4 of these for Christmas on the 27th of November. They didn't come until January 7. The belts are great if you aren't in a hurry to receive them. Once I posted my first very bad review, Joopzy responded and assured me the belts were still coming. Two weeks later they arrived. I have to say I really like the belts. They come with a piece to connect both sides to together in the front if you don't want to use your belt loops. They seem sturdy and are very comfortable.

Bad company to deal with!! Placed my order November 5th, enough time to arrive for Christmas, or so I thought! They gave me a tracking number that I tracked for at least 3 weeks, and suddenly it was delivered, but not to my address. I called Canada Post and they told me 'that tracking number was not attached to my address'. I have sent numous emails to Joopzy and they seem as if they don't understand, and keep telling me that this is the right number. In my last email I told them to call Canada Post and maybe they could explain to them what I am trying to get across to them. December 13th, still haven't resolved issue or received my order. Will be calling Paypal and trying for a refund I urge you DONOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered a phonecase and received it after 4 weeks. The quality is really awful, so very fake and plastic..I send an email to ask them if I can send it back and receive my money. They answered after about 1 week and told me they can't do it and I must understand that they can't do that, because otherwise it would be too busy for them!!!!!!! Omg really.... If I could've given this website a -0 I surely would've. I ordered a product on Sept. 22nd and here it is, Dec. 1st and I'm still without my package. I've emailed this company in regards to a refund because after waiting for it for almost 2months, I no longer wanted it. They sent an email saying they checked the shipping and assure me that the package is on it's way. Negative. My package is STILL in a sorting center in NY and has been there since Oct. 4th. According to their refund policy, if you don't receive your order within 45 business days they'll honor your refund. I emailed them again on the 49th business day asking for my refund. I told them that I didn't want them to check shipping for me, I just wanted my refund per their return policy. No response. This site is a SCAM! Christmas is around the corner and I don't have money to give away, especially not to them. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LIARS AND SCAMMERS! I'm leaving my review EVERYWHERE so people can know not to get anything from this website.
