I've gotten one package from them, but they've ghosted me on the second.

I don't actually believe they where able to source the product as it was shortly taken down after I'd placed the order and the first half was fulfilled, however, nearly 20 days down the line and they still haven't responded to a request for a refund or any kind of communication.

It looks like your typical E-Commerce set up so you can find all of their products on Ali Express or Ali-Baba and it's likely they just act as a storage facility. It's cheaper, easier and better service to go directly to Ali Express.

First purchase was successful and great set. Good communication and delivery tracking etc. I was happy to buy again.
Second purchase less successful: one missing bag, some other missing pieces, communication has been slow and promised replacement bag still not sent after several weeks. Disappointing.

Nutcracker Kit is great, wish I could have the other 3 sets, but alas, out of stock. Customer Service is SUPER!! Will buy from this group again
