Very nice product to generate reviews on-site with a rewards system connected to the online reviews generated by the team! I really like the AI reply feature, it is indeed a way to reduce the time to answer with a more qualitative approach on the answers given.

Product delivery was fast and prompt! Sleek badge design. Bought both white and black designs for my partner and I. Setup was relatively easy and seamless even though I can’t read French (google translated the setup info). Takes only ~5 mins to get started.
[Cons]
Had to translate some of the setup info from French to English. Can’t wait for the product to accept adding international WhatsApp numbers to our profiles! But no issue if you have a French number.
