It's really easy to pay and buy from

It's really easy to pay and buy from , my sister already bought from here and everything was amazing, the package was in perfect shape so delivery was good and information to it too. I can't wait for my packet !! Also the products (the ones we bought) are really good quality

Failing product, slow delivery

I ordered a spring for the filter of my espresso machine. The spring looks the same, but the metal wire is thinner than the original part. As a result, it doesn't work at all. And shipping took longer than promised (our apologies for the delay, etc.). The shipping costs were 2.5 times the price of the item itself, so returning it is pointless. I will never use Joom again, it's just another sort of drop shipper.

Ordered pair of curtains

Ordered pair of curtains. After about 3 weeks a single curtain arrived. Refused to either supply correct order or refund. Totally intransigent customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Joom are a rubbish company!

I bought a mens jacket from Joom. There was no washing instructions label/s. Plus there was no label stating what materials the jacket is made from. There is no way to speak to a human being in customer services and they don't respond to e mails? Their online customer help department is a waste of time, plus I can't log on to my account online? I'm now going to try and get a refund from PayPal because of this hassle! Zero stars for Joom !!!

I BOUGHT A PAIR OF NIKE TRAINERS, TOO 5 WEEKS TO ARRIVE, THEN WHEN I TRIED THEM, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, HARD BITS DIGGING IN, INSTEP BAD. ASKED TO RETURN, HAD TO WAIT DAYS, ASKED TO SEND LOADS OF PHOTOS AND A VIDEO!!! HAD TO WAIT, THEY SENT RETURN DETAILS, WAIT FOR IT, I HAD TO RETURN TO HONG KONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!
IT COST £30 AS IT HAD TO BE TRACKED!!!!!!!!!!! I DID NOT KNOW THEY WERE BASED IN HONG KONG, IF I HAD, I WOULD NEVER HAVE BOUGHT THEM, ALTHOUGH I FINALLY GOT A REFUND, THEY REFUSED TO REFUND THE £30 POSTAGE WHICH THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE, SO I HAVE LOST £30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SO PLEASE BE WARNED, DONT GET CAUGHT LIKE ME, IF BUYING ON INTERNET, MY ADVICE IS ALWAYS CHECK WHERE COMPANY IS BASED AND CHECK RETURN PROCEDURE AND WHERE THEY ARE BASED. AN EXPENSIVE LESSON TO LEARN, I SHALL BE MORE CAREFUL IN FUTURE!!!!!!!!!!!

Not really leather!…

I ordered a pair of Men's Genuine Leather Driving Boat Shoes for less than 3 weeks ago. I finally received them today! I was really disappointed because they are not leather! They are made of a very poor quality material unknown to me! The loafers are definitely chinese made under the name of SBBAOO, which can easily be mistaken for Sebago! Will never order anything fromm Joom in future! Besides, I never received any confirmation e-mail after ordering the item.

AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS

I wouldnt even give it one star but needed to select something to write this review. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS!!!! I ordered a pair of Nike trainers, they took over a month to arrive. I ordered a size 5 and was sent a size 4.5 which were too small! I requested a refund straight away and have not received any details on how to return the trainers or any details about my refund. It has been well over a month since I requested the refund. Having tried to get in contact with them there is the same autogenerated message to say they will "aim to respond in 8 days" even thought it has well passed this timeline. It is a complete sham!

Bought Afnan Supremacy collectors…

Bought Afnan Supremacy collectors edition, took an age to arrive only for it to be an obvious fake. No QR code on inside of box which is standard, no batch code on bottle also smells chemical. Beware. Not only are they selling fake products, it is nigh on impossible to ask for a refund.

Refund is in points only

When you request a refund they send you an option to either take a monetary refund (ie refund your card) or take points to use on their website. When you request the monetary refund it still reverts to a points credit, so you do not actually get your money returned. You are forced to taking points. beware.

Bad! Bad! BAD!!!
If this isn't a SCAM site then I'll be damned!
Ordered a pair of trainers.
Received notification it had been shipped.
It was then stuck in China after just a few days.
The 'supposed' tracking number with Jacinda is as good as USELESS!
I did do a chargeback with PayPal so eventually got a refund.
Folks AVOID this site totally. PLEASE!!!
