Scam,they never give your Money back

After waiting for more than a month, I received a different item, much smaller and useless for me. I asked to return it and receive my money back. They asked me to destroy the item in order to get a refund. After I did that, they scammed me and gave me Joom points, even though I carefully chose to receive my money on my credit card.

They have set the system this way so that no matter how you choose to receive your money back, they give you points instead. After that, they tell you that it is your fault and that you cannot change your mind.

People, never order from these scammers. Use Temu instead — they have always given me my money back, and returns are very easy. You don’t have to waste your time, nerves, and money on this scam platform

Impossible to contact this company.

Another company who make it impossible to communicate eith them. Any attempt at contact leads you to Play Store to get an app or expect you to sign in while they will not allow you to reset your password. I have not yet received my purchase and already regret purchasing from them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

From start to finish our experience with ordering through Joom has been horrendous. When ordering these trainers we specifically chose UK size 11 and went ahead with the order on the basis of the advertised delivery timing 3-9 days. When it became apparent the item would not be delivered within the advertised time, we asked to cancel the order. We were told that we had to wait 85 days before we can request a return. RIDICULOUS! The goods then eventually arrived and they were not the correct size (10.5UK). We again asked to return the goods and Joom started to try to negotiate with us: they first offered us 30% refund and we keep the goods. They then offered 50% refund and we keep the goods. We continually asked for a full refund. They finally said the case needed to be reviewed by another team. The latest we have heard is that we "should hear back within 5 days" despite already having waiting several days. A totally unprofessional company, with very misleading advertisment of delivery timings. 2 weeks after first asking to cancel the order and we still have no returns label or refund!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid them .

Avoid them .. bought a bag which is not genuine for £172 .. been trying to send it back to get a refund but they never aprove it .. I’m still within 14 days of purchase

The delivery that I received was not…

The delivery that I received was not what I ordered. I went through the process on their website for a refund and was given points on their website to the value to be spent with them. Totally unexceptable as I just want the money refunded to my account. I will not be dealing with these people again, and I would advise caution to anyone contemplating purchasing anything from them.

First pre-purchase you get a positive…

First pre-purchase you get a positive order estimation timeline, a little longer then other platforms. Then it’s being shipped by variouse couriers with I translated tracking information. Then delivery lead time changed massively! 3-4 weeks on top of the originally estimated timeframe pre-purchase. There is no costumer service you could contact only ready ti choose FAQ’s. I would tr ti get the tracking courier of my countries post. Since the item is over 2 weeks in costumes now. Most likely seized. We assume a fake was send, the order was shipped from China. This is thé worst online shop platform I have ever order from and it seems there is no way to get my order or my money back!!

There is no return/refund possible

There is no return/refund possible. The function on the website or app does not work. You get an email regarding the return but they never get back on it.

There is no helpdesk, only pages with text. you cannot email, app or calll. It does not exist.

This website is illegal.

This is totally cheating I ordered an item with price 124 pounds and they sent me a different item with price 85 dollars low quality stupid items long delivery time weak customer support totally cheating, I can’t contact nobody to return the item what a disappointment!I would give them if there is zero alternatives!

July 2025 I ordered a golf watch from Joom

July 2025 I ordered a golf watch from Joom for something like CHF 130. After a long delay, I received the watch from Japan (I thought I had ordered the watch from Joom Switzerland). On top of that I received a bill from Customs to pay an extra CHF 30.-, an amount that was not mentioned in the ad. As it is impossible to use this watch (it requires multiple manipulations while playing!!) I decided to return this watch to Joom. Despite numerous mails and calls to Joom, Klarna and now Pair Finance, no address was provided. Buy from Joom only if you’re convinced the product is what you’re looking for. If not, forget the idea of returning the article as promised by Joom.

I purchased a dust mite handheld vacuum…

I purchased a dust mite handheld vacuum from Joom with a robust suction power of up to 13000pa. When I used the machine, there is no suction from underneath the machine. NONE! I tried contacting customer service online and was sent an automated reply stating that it could take up to 8 days for a reply. I even sent photos of the machine to their customer service. Day 12 today and finally got a reply and they want me to send them photos of the machine (which I have already sent) or send it back to China at my expense. I’ve never dealt with a company that won’t allow me to return an item that’s faulty at their expense. Customer service is bloody disgusting and I will NEVER use this company again in my lifetime. Heaven help anyone that asks me about dealing with Joom!!

Terrible

Terrible, efforts required to return an item is painful Zero meaningful communication, only post report to paypal a response. then now need to forfeit costs to send to a very poorly clear address in HK .
no way would or will use again . time will tell if and when im refunded

Returns and Refunds....A Scam????

The order took a long time to arrive, when it arrived the wedge heel on the trainers were too high for me so I wanted to return the item and get a refund onto the card I had used to purchase the item. It took me a long time and many attempts but eventually joom agreed to a refund I indicated very clearly that I wanted my refund to be paid onto the card I used to buy the item. Joom put my refund into a joom cash balance. This is not what I instructed. I want joom to do as I asked put my refund back on my card.
Has anyone else had problems with joom returns and refunds
