Not what you order , different product
I ordered a pair of wedge silver sandals with a silver glittery high wedge. I finally received them. NOTHING like the picture. The strap across the foot is similar but it ends there. The wedge is about 1.5 inch ugly beige plastic. I asked for a full refund. They Offered me a 10% discount which I refused. They have told me to return them at my expense, find my own courier etc and they made a big point of saying that they often get lost in the post. Mis-sold them totally stay well away from this company. I feel like a total idiot.
Total scam ordered sandals when they…
Total scam ordered sandals when they arrived they were nothing like the ones on the picture absolutely awful total scam such a shame as the ones in the picture were lovely I won’t be fooled again 😡
RUBBISH
Raging that I was daft enough to purchase from these scammers before reading any reviews. Waited weeks on my trainers to arrive, and when they did, they were 2 left feet
. 😡😡😡 contacted them by email only to be told I could get 50% of my money back, but not a full refund. Shoes weren't even the quality that the photos showed. Pure 💩💩 DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. and they are in China for anyone who believes they are a UK company, if you look up the address they give, it's actually a library.
Frustrated…
I ordered some sandals 2 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. I've emailed them twice but no reply. There is no customer service phone number. I wish I had read tne reviews first before ordering . I fear now that this is a huge scam.
This company is an absolute scam
This company is an absolute scam. I didn't even receive my items. Then they said they couldn't refund full amount only offered 20% which still hasn't arrived! They said they destroy the parcel if not delivered. Stay well clear. This is a Chinese scam company.
Kicking myself for not reading reviews…
Kicking myself for not reading reviews first.
I don’t know how these scammers are allowed to advertise via FB/Instagram. Fake photos, fake promises about ‘orthopaedic’ a uk address ( just to look like they’re in uk!) a returns policy, but it’s all a scam. They’re in China and ask that you pay postage to return shoes that they sent incorrectly ( wrong colour and wrong size) they send insulting e mails saying they’ll offer 10% off next purchase but will not refund even though it’s their fault. If you’re reading this, spend your money in an actual shop, or reputable retailer. not online with these scammers.
AVOID AVOID AVOID
Absolute disgrace of a company sent the wrong size shoe and they want me to pay return fees. Please do yourself a favour and AVOID.
Poor quality women's loafers
Its a shame the women's loafers are not to the standard shown on thier page.
Really poor quality. Glue showing at the front on both shoes. I don't know how long these are going to last, but I certainly will not purchase anything from this site in the future.
If there was a no star rating I’d give…
If there was a no star rating I’d give it. Ordered a shoe that was advertised as a leather shoe, they arrived, absolutely stunk of plastic and not a bit of leather in sight! They were so uncomfortable on the feet, there is no way they could be worn without doing serious damage to your feet, I put them straight in the bin! Waste of money and should be removed from Facebook immediately for false advertising!
Do not buy
Size too large, cheap plastic look. Unwearable. Having read the reviews (too late!), I realise this is one of those companies that does not allow returns for a full refund. Do not buy!
Absolute rip off
Absolute rip off. Ordered some lovely looking pink chunky loafers that offered arch support.
They look nothing like the pictures and arrived squashed together in a plastic bag. The heel end of both shoes are out of shape and the arch support is a far cry from that of my Skechers!
Cheap quality from China.
Wish I had read reviews beforehand. Avoid!!
SCAM
Product nothing like the advertisment picture. Poor quality....badly made, flimsy material and looked looked like part of a childs dress up costume.
Do Not Buy from Jonesboots.com
I wish I had read the online reviews before I bought a pair of shoes from them. My shoes arrived a size too big and according to the reviews this is common with this company. There's no option to return shoes unless you pay for the shipping (to China). I was offered a 10% discount to buy another pair but it was a risk I wasn't prepared to take. False advertising on Facebook (FB), there is NOT 100% money back guarentee, nor fast returns. They also remove negative reviews from FB which is another form of deception!
Terrible quality
Terrible quality. They are not standard size and didnt fit. Returns within 14 days of receipt but you pay postage and looks like its overseas.
HORRENDOUS COMPANY
Not even worth the one star. Awful nasty scammers. Take you order for what looked like lovely sandals, then send you a pair of sandals nothing like what was on the website. When I emailed I was offered a £5 discount code to use on the site. Eh hello, fooled once, but never again. Went back saying I don’t want the sandals they sent and then got offered a 10% refund. No I want a 100% refund which I obviously was not going to get. Please don’t go near. Also trade under Jones Discount too.
This is a scam
This is a scam. They are trying to look like a reputable company. Goods arrived from China after 4 weeks. Awful quality one pair broken and the wrong size. Tried to get a refund only 15% offered. Do not buy from this company.
Do not order from here…
Jones boots on Facebook.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes they took over 5 weeks to arrive and when they did both pairs were not what I ordered and one pair was not even my size.
I ordered loafers and got old fashioned sandals.
They will only refund me 15% of the cost and if I want to return them that's at my cost and that's more than the shoes cost.
I would say avoid !!!
Would give them zero stars if possible
Would give them zero stars if possible. Received 2 right foot shoes and they said if I wanted a full refund I would need to pay to return them to China. Chucked them in the bin. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Wish I had read the reviews before I…
Wish I had read the reviews before I made my order. The shoes eventually arrived, but not in a box, and the wrong size. Having looked at the reviews I don't hold out much hope of an exchange or refund. My advise is stay away from this company.
Absolute scammers recieved the wrong…
Absolute scammers recieved the wrong size and as others have experienced they offered 10% refund or I can return at a cost of around £10! Do not use.
