What a fantastic experience this was. I enquired about the baby rocker chair. Jolly tots got back to me and I purchased the chair. This was lunchtime on Tuesday and the chair was in my living room first thing Wednesday morning. Brilliant service from start to finish. Will definitely be recommending. Thank you so much 🥰

Needed a new car seat for my daughter, saw an open box ex display one advertised. Messaged and Jelly Tots responded really quickly letting me know it was still available. I sent the money across on Saturday and it was delivered early Tuesday morning.
Exceptional service and really quick delivery and the car seat is perfect!

I managed to finally get hold of someone via the telephone number. Since that call, the company continually contacted me with updates about the missing seat. A seat did arrive within a few days of the original phone call. I do appreciate the updates.

Ordered on FB yesterday, they very helpfully sent me pictures of the stroller and helped me purchase a carry seat that was within my budget. Everything was delivered the next day, cannot fault it.

Bought a travel system, was not told it was on offer as it was discontinued and you can no longer purchase an isofix system. Making us feel our baby is unsafe in car. We have had to purchase bew travel system. Jolly tots said “it was our fault because we did not tell them we wanted an isofix” no offer of help just blaming us and getting out of not promoting the product correctly
