I was having trouble finding just the right look. Now, after finding "jollynova", my problem is choosing from the wide selection of "on point" frames! Because the pricing is so reasonable, I bought four of my favorite top-pick frames.

Sunglasses looks great for the price we pay for !!

I have purchased four pairs of glasses from Jollynova. I love them all as the precision and craftsmanship of the frames and the lenses is better than anything I’ve ever seen. However, I accidentally ordered a pair of glasses that I already had and asked if I could get a refund. Their customer service was really wonderful and they issued me a refund. If you want the best pair of glasses you’ll ever find as well as great customer service, I cannot recommend high enough this wonderful company.

I've ordered two pairs of glasses from Jollynova. Love both pairs!! I accidently ordered some frames; I sent an email. They got right back to me; told me to keep them. They will credit me the cost towards a new pair of glasses. GREAT customer service! Thank you Jollynova!

However, your shipping process takes far too long.

I had some problems with my bifocal lens and I must say Jollynova really came through for me. They were quickly responsive and courteous. Unfortunately new replacement lens sent did not fit the new frames so they are completely remaking the glasses with progressive lens instead. I am extremely pleased and will continue to purchase my glasses in the future from Jollynova.

I filled out the form RX form wrong my bad!! Used the + when it should have been -. I contacted Jolly Nova and got an immediate remedy! It’s been great working with my service associate. He immediately contacted me been fixing the problem with several prompt emails. Not sure why there’s bad reviews for them my experience has been AWESOME! I recommend Jolly Nova!

I was expecting them to be progressive lenses. Now I can only wear them for reading.
I already have some great progressive ones but really liked the frames.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I received glasses I didn't order. Wrong style Wrong color. No paperwork in the box, so I wouldn't know how to return them. They were advertised on my Facebook page, I'm surprised Facebook allows a scam company to advertise there

My eye glasses matches the prescription perfectly. I did not have to send it back for fixing any. Customer service was fantastic. Any enquiries were quickly resolved. Thank you so much Daniel.

My experience was great especially for an online glasses retailer. I love how I was able to pick the right glasses and when I had issues the customer service was prompt and assisted me with my concerns. Definitely would recommend!
