Boots fell apart within only a few weeks of wearing. Only a 20% refund offered and I was told that they weren't faulty when I received them implying it was my fault for having been do foolish as to walk in my boots!! Poor quality and poor customer service.

Awful awful awful.. poor service really poor quality ! Nothing like the pictures and adverts! Stay away! Tried to get a refund after no delivery for two months but they never sent it but sent the crappy boots instead over two months late: honestly the most hideous boots I’ve ever seen !!!

CRAP PRODUCT! Took 3 times longer to receive than promised. The boots in the picture were adorable. What came was the most ridiculous, foul-smelling things I've ever seen. Cheap material, terrible chemical smell. Two months later they are still in the little bag they were crammed into for shipping. Returns are a fraud-costs more to send them back then what I paid! After I hounded them I did receive 25% refund. However I am out more than $40. The "boots" are unwearable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I am quite dissaponted. I got my order (a pair of shoes) after 45 days and the quality was very very bad. The shoes are very different from the photo, the heel is smaller and the product's smell is anbearable. It is so pity I spend 55 euros for this product. Don' t trust them

Horrible quality items. I had to return after gwtting them late. Sizes were way too big and the quality cheap. They do not accept returns unless you pay for them (unlike amazon) and its all a big problem. Never again.

Do not buy! Jolienana sell cheap fake copies of goods. They post pictures of the real thing on their website but post out rubbish. They will not give refunds and ask the customer to return stuff to China at the customers cost! (They are a UK registered company so by law should enable free of charge returns to a UK address, and offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt.) Do not buy!
