Save yourself the nightmare and loss of business
Long standing customer but never changed for ease. Tried to upgrade our phones to be VoIP as the old ones finally gave up (and of course, no support help) and the sales guy laughed at me when I asked him to explain terminology and just kept saying i should email - ultimately he couldn't be bothered to talk to me. Mind made up to move to another company.
Support is always useless and no one can ever be bothered to help you. I'm now a business with no way of customers calling until Friday (phones went off on Monday last week) because Jola can't be bothered to help me and just keep saying it's not their issue. BT said they haven't even tried to do the divert!!!
