I've been using Joint-it Simple for 5 years now, definitely the best brush in Jointing material on the market, love using it and the technical support is unbelievable!

I have used Joint-It Simple on a few jobs of mine over the years, having just completed my own garden design and finishing off the job with the jointing of my paving, I would like to say normally I don't write reviews, however I am so pleased with the finish and application of Joint-It Simple, I have to leave this review for anybody considering which product to use.

It is so easy to use and comes with full very simple instructions, I used it before on my neighbours house and the neighbours joints look as good today as they day I jointed them 4 years ago.
My recent results with Joint-It Simple in my own back garden again are outstanding and my wife and myself are very very pleased.

Just used Joint-it a week ago and it does seem to be a very good product. It had hardened in the joints within a couple of days and hasn't shrunk at all. It was easy to sweep into the joints and Gary was only to keen to provide answers to my questions by phone, whatsapp & email. Joint-it was also very good value. I estimated there was 30% more product compared with the main competitors. Excellent service and product.

We used Joint -it on Sandstone paving and it worked a treat- from colour match to ease of use I would highly recommend it . I had a query for the technical dept and the service was outstanding . Total shock in this day and age to get such a fast response and follow up . Excellent from start to finish .

Joint-it is an absolutely fantastic product. I've just paved 100m2 and removed all the original mortar to replace with this, due to the base being used for dog kennels. The jet wash didn't even dent it, whereas it had easily washed out the sand and cement mix used prior. I've recommended it to anyone who'll listen, and the person who helped me (who had never heard of Joint-it) was that impressed he'll be using it from now on.
The customer service is top notch, and the extra recommendations they've given Me for cleaning etc is invaluable.
Highly recommend this product!

Went to Joint it in Milltown, Galway. Gary Duffy helped us out and gave a great service. We got a tour of the warehouse and he was clear in his instruction on how to use the product. Would highly recommend.

I had a query re the Joint It grout and cleaning of our porcelain patio. The advice I received was first class and even spoke with the Company Founder directly! First class service! well done.

great company/great product-the product easy to use sets rock hard-stands well up to pressure washing,which many others dont.not effectedby frost (unlike many others )The Company-GREAT-GREAT-GREAT-gave loads of technical advise-really cared.IN SHORT BUY.BUY.BUY -You wont regtreat it.

Fantastic Product & Company
We had our back patio laid last year and the company doing it recommended this product joint it simple for in between the joints of the paving slabs. I must say we are absolutely delighted with it, it looks fantastic and looks as good as when they put it down!!! I contacted the company to ask about using it on our front patio this year and they could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend this product and company. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I would like to share my experience of aftercare for this, excellent, product.

I wanted some advice regarding the application of Joint-it. From the lady that first fielded my call, to Gary (in sales), who rang me back (even when I was supposed to call him) - their customer service was first class. Gary is very knowledgable about the product and was able to give some helpful advice. It was very apparent that my call, was just as important as some of his larger clients. Well done - wish other companies would follow suit!

Joint-It Simple was the grouting compound recommended by the supplier of the paving stones when we had our patio replaced recently. The results have been most impressive. There is an abundance of written and on-line advice for customers and when I had cause to ask a direct technical question, I could not have received a more helpful and rapid response from the Company.

I bought the materials for a new sandstone patio area and the landscape gardener who installed it for me hadn't used Joint-It Simple before. With 20+ years of paving experience he was very impressed with the ease of use, quality of finish and how much time it saved. I think you've got a convert! From a layman's perspective it looks really neat and complements the sandstone beautifully. An excellent product.

Also the customer service was second to none. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that patently cares as much about its customers (even the small ones) as it does its profits. Gary was very friendly, obviously knowledgeable and freely gave some very helpful advice for ongoing maintenance - not only on the phone but in a detailed follow-up email.
All in all a very good experience.
I highly recommend the product and the company.

As an absolute beginner with any sort of patio work, I have to say the Joint-It Simple outdoor grout really is precisely that: extremely SIMPLE to use! It's so user friendly that all I had to do was watch the tutorial video and then fire away. Even in the middle of winter it has set solidly and dried out overnight and looks stunning today on what used to be a much-neglected outdoor area at my home.

Just laid black limestone slabs on a new patio area. Purchased the grey Joint-It and did the grouting myself as a novice. The back up technical advice from Gary is excellent and the product is so easy to use. Highly recommend this company and product
