My experience was good. Good communication from the beginning to when I received the product. Will update on my results when I've been on it for a few weeks.

So far this has been a smooth easy experience with this company. Intake process was very simple and response was very quick. My package was shipped within a couple of days of my intake and received very quickly and packed very well and ice packs were still frozen! Pricing was spot on and absolutely no hidden fees, very excited to begin this journey with QueenRX!!

Horrible the medication doesn’t not work. They don’t respond or get back to you and even though it’s likely the medication they are giving you is expired they offer no refunds. Save your money don’t bother. Go with an actual reputable site. Lesson learned.

They are helpful and responsive to questions and emails. It was a very simple process to join the program. My medication was sent in the timeframe they informed me (7 days after joining the program after corresponding with my medical provider). The medication came within 2 days after it was shipped out. Detailed instructions were included in the shipment too. I would highly recommend using QueenRX for your weight loss needs. Took my first dose yesterday and already feel that it’s working. I’m usually thinking about my next meal after finishing the last one. However, not today since I started taking the tirzepatide! Thank you QueenRX!!!

I received my medications promptly and I gave myself my first injection today. The instructions are clear enough for a non-medical person to easily and confidently administer the medication. Everything needed to administer the medicine was included, which made it easy to get started immediately. There are many companies offering these medications, but I found the price and service offered by QueenRx excellent and would recommend it if you are considering trying GLP-1 medications.

I filled out the online forms and received my medication is less than one week. The doctor virtual visit was easy and straightforward. It was explained clearly what dosage I would qualify for and was asked if I wanted to proceed... which I did! The packaging was perfect and still cold after sitting on my porch in the sun. So like many of you, I was prescribed weight loss injections through my weight management doctor. Per usual my insurance denied my claim stating it wasn’t “medically necessary” even though I have fatty liver disease and fatty tumors in my spine. The main treatment for those is to lose weight. I’ve been struggling for years on my weight loss journey and due to chronic severe back pain I’m unable to exercise like a normal person would. Then once your approved, You get your medication with all your needed items in no time. The price is what really roped me in. The experience with them was amazing. They kept me updating every time. The package came fast, like 3 days and it was cold. Can’t wait to see my results. I just did the first injection today, will keep you updated as we go. Everything was in the package, they seem very professional. I’m really hoping it works for me. I was previously using another company and I wasn’t entirely satisfied with them. After seeing an ad for QueenRX I decided to take advantage of a promotion they were running and try them out. The intake was very easy, the medication has thorough directions and was shipped in a timely manner. I’m happy I decided to give them a try!

I bought it a tuesday morning. Couldn't do the online survey until the afternoon. Wednesday had the treatment approval from the doctor. That same day the pharmacy sent shipping information. Got the GLP-1 and syringes thursday afternoon.
In the meantime was informed of every step going on via text messages.
Overall: easy ordering, clear information and super fast delivery.
One nice detail, got the delivery notice along the picture with the box seating in my porch, sun hitting the box. I was worried because couldn't make it home until 4 hours later. Actually there was nothing to worry about, it was shipped in a insulated foam thermal cooler full of ice.

I was kind of doubtful about ordering from QueenRx because there are so many scams out there. But decided to try it. The doctor consult was quick, the pharmacy text me to verify my address but to receive my meds took a bit longer than I thought, but I finally received them today and Im super excited to get started.

Their customer service is top notch!! They order the meds very quickly. If you have any questions at all, they are very kind and quick to respond. It’s truly personalized care. It’s super easy to navigate the website and place your order. Within a day, I had a physician prescribe my meds with detailed instructions. The pharmacy was quick to ship and I received my order only four days after initially placing it. I had a question when I received my order and received a response within an hour. The customer service is unbelievable and I truly feel I chose the best company to order from.

I have tried two other providers of online GLP-1 by mail services, and QueenRx has been the best value by far. There were no hidden upcharges or surprise fees. I was able to submit my current GLP-1 prescription, and QueenRx picked up my care plan from that point. The questionnaire portion was thorough but manageable, and the provider's response was quick and efficient. Very pleased with the overall process!

The process was easy. Not sure how well it works as I just received it. My only complaint is the Dr gave me a prescription for Tirzepatide with B 12 but the prescription was filled with B6.
