The service is awesome
The service is awesome. The business cards were just delivered as schedule. That was such a life saver for me as I was given a very short notice for reproducing the business cards. The quality was as good as the last shipment. Thx so much indeed.

Fonts too small
The design and paper quality is good. Fast delivery. The only issue is that the fonts were too small in the actual card.

Misalignment of Printing
The card itself is fine, but the printing alignment is poor. The 1st batch that I received has 50 cards (out of 100) misaligned, and 2nd batch has 16 cards (out of 50) misaligned.

Very great service from Kason Yip
Very great service. Kason Yip is very Responsive and helpful, always emailing me back and offering solutions. fast turn around for labels and he took time to show me box samples and pantone colors for my future packaging. Much better communication compared to the last time I used JoinPrint. I feel valued as a customer and will continue to work with JoinPrint in the future.
My labels were very well done as well.
I do wish there were other paper options for the labels.

Hi Alain,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the print quality met your expectations, but we’re sorry to learn that the cutting wasn't as precise as you expected. The file you provided was sized at 90mm x 120mm, and we always cut based on the file’s trim marks.
We’d be happy to review your order and see how we can make this right for you. Please contact our support team with your order number so we can assist further.
