PeerTube is a brilliant concept!

Wow, what a discovery. Who needs the commercialised hell that YouTube, and increasingly Vimeo, force upon filmmakers and content producers. French-made PeerTube is free, open-source, decentralised, federated, embeddable, customisable, with local servers ... everything I used to use at Vimeo until they screwed non-US customers (want to find a user's other videos on Vimeo? You can't, unless you're in the US).

This is the future. It's European. Find a good, solid 'Instance' of it and support it (or set up your own Instance with the open source software!)
