Unresponsive customer service with ineffective communication practices. Have been trying to resolve an issue with my order and Klarna payments, no one will respond--so unprofessional.

They misrepresented their offer.

I used to Layla about 18-24 months ago. It was fine at first, but when the dosage was increased, I had problems. So I stopped using it. Within the last month, I went back to their website to inquire whether I could resume the product, but only if there is a smaller dose. I reached out to their doctor online and that person could not guarantee the dosage level, so I opted out of the program. What happened next is that I received a dosage pack and the old credit card they had on file for me was charged $297!!! I disputed the charge, but they would not refund the money. VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!

Same as all the other 1 star reviews. Took my money. Sent me nothing. No response until I disputed my charges with the bank. Then they asked me to drop the dispute and they'd refund it. Like the others said, this place is a scam. Stay away!

Ordered Sermorelin from them. It was sent to the pharmacy on October 16th and hasn’t moved from there. I reached out multiple times to support through the patient portal and no response. I messaged a doctor through the portal and he said keep trying and good luck! What a joke. I’m currently out and can not reach anyone.

Update: Join Layla has finally refunded me.

I purchased 3 Months of Mic+B12 which is 30ML , 10 ML a month. They only sent me one month 10 ML, I reached out to them and they said we sent it all in one vial with 30 ML. The vial only had 10 ML. I sent them a picture about. Said they were reaching out to the pharmacy to correct. over a week passes and no word, So I dispute the portion I didn't receive with klarna. Layla reached back out saying if I drop the dispute they would sent the remainder. Three days later Klarna , who I used to purchase reached out to me. telling me layla said they sent all the product. So I sent Klarna pictures showing Layla lied. Stay away and avoid the headache.

Love this company. They are always helpful with explanations whenever I ask.

This company charged my credit card for $300 and never sent my medication. No one has responded to my messages about this in over two weeks, this is a scam, do not trust this company.

After numerous requests, I have not heard from a doctor nor received my prescription renewal.

I had great communication about shipping. My questions about product were answered.
And when my product was late they pushed my payments forward.

My first round with Layla I ordered semaglutide, three month supply. The process was fast and easy. When it came time to renew I was advised semaglutide was no longer available and was offered to switch to tirzepatide. I went through the approval process and chose a three month supply for $797 which would equal $265 a month. Without my knowledge or permission the order was changed to a one month supply at a cost of $399 for a difference of $134 that I wasn’t expecting and would not have approved. For three months it would equal to a $402 increase. I immediately reached out via their messaging system the same day and was told they are going through their remaining supply and can only provide one month at a time. Their system allowed me to choose three month supply. Why would they allow that if they knew they were only using remaining product and not producing more at this time? I have continued to send messages that note they have a response time of three hours or less for five days and have heard nothing. There is no phone number to call. You can find one if you dig through their terms and conditions but it’s not a valid number. I did receive the one month supply and was charged the $399. I plan to dispute charges since they were changed from what I approved and so was the amount of product.

They took my money and never sent out my prescription.

I have been using Layla for semaglutide for a year now. Great service and the product is trust worthy. I would highly recommend.

They have been really easy to work with, the process is seamless and the customer service is top notch. My dosage has been delivered within 2-3 days when my prescription is approved by their Dr and pharmacy. 10/10
