PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE WATCH YOUR BACK

I was in the ordering process and as I was asked to put various ADD ONS I repeatedly said NO. Then all of a sudden the screen said Ordered. No review of the order so you could confirm what you were going to receive. I then realized that this was a vile not a pen for injection. So I immediately called the customer service number to cancel the order. Not more than 5 minutes had transpired when I spoke to customer service rep who informed me that she couldn't cancel the order. WHAT? Then I had to wait on the phone several minutes before I could cancel any futher orders . I was put on hold 2x. Finally got any futher orders cancelled. They got me for the first order $130, but I count my blessing that I found out NOW what kind of company I would have been dealing with not later down the road.

Horrible Customer Service

I would **not recommend using this company**.

I was initially drawn in by their lower prices compared to other GLP-1 providers. I created an account, completed the intake questionnaire, and began the process of transferring my care from my current provider.

The day after submitting my information, they requested a copy of my current prescription. I uploaded it to my patient portal as requested. When I called to check on the status, I was told it would take approximately 24 hours for a provider to review everything.

The following morning, I received a text message stating that I had missed my scheduled provider appointment and needed to reschedule. The problem was that I had never been scheduled for an appointment in the first place. Nothing appeared in my patient portal, and I never received any notification that an appointment had been made.

After completing the "rescheduled" appointment, the provider was rushed, dismissive, and told me she could not access the documents I had already uploaded multiple times. She instructed me to contact customer support and assured me they could resolve the issue without another appointment.

When I contacted customer support, I was told I would, in fact, need another provider appointment, which would delay everything by at least another 24 hours. I explained the situation and asked if someone could review the issue or escalate it so my prescription could be processed. The representative acknowledged that she wasn't sure why the provider couldn't see the documents I had already submitted but said there was nothing she could do.

At that point, I had lost confidence in the process. I needed my prescription handled promptly so I could transition from my current provider, but instead I encountered repeated delays, poor communication, and no willingness to resolve the issue efficiently.

What disappointed me most was the lack of customer service. They had already charged my account, but when I requested to cancel and receive a refund, there was no attempt to address my concerns or retain my business—they simply processed the refund and ended the interaction.

When you're trusting a company to manage medications like GLP-1s, customer service, communication, and timely prescription management are just as important as price. If you ever need to adjust your dose, ask questions, or resolve an issue, you want to know someone will actually help you.

For that reason, I'll be staying with **Gimme Care**. While they may cost a little more, their customer service has been excellent, they're responsive when I need assistance, and I have confidence that my care and medication management are handled properly. In my experience, the extra cost is well worth the peace of mind.

Poor communication and still have not received product. Approval yes, product no and I had to inquire multiple times to find out the status. If you would have said you were out of product fine, I can understand but no communication makes you not trustworthy.

Quick processing and GREAT price!

Just received my 3 month supply of semiglutide compound injections less than a week ago.
The process went smoothly and I have taken my first .25 dose with no side affects.
For the price and less than a 2 week wait to receive my medication, I would highly recommend!!

Easy and efficient at low cost

Easy, easy, easy. Efficient and time saving. I think I have found my compounded tirzepatide supplier. I HOPE so! I signed up for a year. So keep up the good work.
