So easy to work with and great coverage

Helpful staff.

I have nothing negative to say about CrowdHealth. I've been a member of the crowd for a year and a half. In that time, I've been able to get medical services for a lot less money and headache paying directly than going through insurance. I've also been promptly reimbursed by CrowdHealth for eligible expenses. It has been just as was advertised and I've recommended CrowdHealth to several friends. It's a wonderful alternative to paying for insurance that barely covers anything.

They are so simple in their user experience. I was with medi-share before and they weren't as easy to understand or get the help I needed.
I'm also get more covered than what I was getting covered with Medi-share. So far I've got no complaints with Crowd Health!! I'd recommend it! (I've been with them for several months now)

It was easy and quick to get reimbursed for my once yearly preventive labwork. I like the transparent process.

CrowdHealth is nothing short of awesome! I wish they existed years ago when I first got health insurance when I was in my 20s. I hope CrowdHealth is able to create a 65+ plan when I get to that age. :-)

We joined the Crowd in April and are loving it! Our care advocate, Brie, is amazing and answers all of our questions and helps us navigate finding care and submitting bills for events. We would personally give her 1000 ⭐️ for how helpful she has been.

Crowdhealth Care Advocates are actual real people who can answer questions personally - not just a chat bot or a randomized customer service agent. You get to actually have a more personal experience and relationship with the same Care Advocate who remembers your specific situation. It makes a huge difference!

Customer support has been fast and so helpful, and the process has been very smooth and easy - never going back to insurance companies again!

Adri & the team were so helpful & encouraging through the whole process. They educated & informed me about the fees quoted & empowered me to use factual fees& percentages to advocate for myself. I was able to negotiate a good faith estimate of over $45K down to pay in full price of $6500! It feels amazing to know I do have some power in these situations & can have necessary
treatment & surgery done without fear. I felt like I was part of the team & we were successful!

We needed CrowdHealth's services at a very stressful time in our lives. They were the support we needed to cover our medical bills. Their team were responsive and compassionate and were able to give us simple instructions to get the process moving. They took over and took great care of us! I'm so grateful for them. 2 years and we are still happy. Excellent service. Telehealth option is perfect for many of our medical needs and completely reimbursed. Emergency room bill is in negotiation. I wish I would have used telehealth option first and was worried that our ER bill would have a negative impact on our CH generosity score, but our personal health advocate at CH reassured me not to worry.
We were with CHM for many years and only got reimbursed for one incident. There were always reasons why CHM wouldn't reimburse, so at some point, we did an AI search and found CH. We're delighted with the service and the cost of membership.
