Thank you for your comments. We understand that all clients may no longer have their proof of purchase documents due to the amount of time between owning the vehicle and making the claim.
The task to submit these documents to us is open from when you first instruct us on your claim. If you no longer have these documents, you are able to mark as unable to provide them. It is not essential that we have your proof of purchase documents to be successful with your claim.
