Do not order from this site! Money back guarantee is a lie. They will massage you back and forth for days only to tell you at the end return is going to cost as much as your purchase. Stuff comes from nowhere in China. Not very good quality. Not true to size.

SCAM ALERT!!!Took over 6 weeks to get the item. Poor poor quality! Fit was not to stated size. They have no return policy and refuse to send a return label. Information sent about FAQ and policies were bogus sites. If I could access the site I was told I was responsible for any and all customs costs. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!

Scammer Alert! I came across Johnson Sister Clothing on Instagram, and it seemed legitimate at first. However, it turned out to be a scam, exposing my data and leading to ongoing issues. Their responses were inconsistent—initially confirming my order, then claiming they were going out of business, and later, after a dispute, claiming my order was delivered with a working tracking number. Avoid these folks—it's scammy, shameful, and a waste of time. Stay safe!

If you bought merch from these scammers and used a credit card call your credit card company ASAP and dispute the charges. The credit card company will withhold payment to these crooks and will credit your account pending dispute resolution.

I received my 2 dresses they are cheap material is trouble look’s nothing like the picture size is wrong it is cheaply make it’s a scam if I could give it a 0 I would Don’t be fooled 😔waste of money

I feel like a fool. My $110. Dress and blouse came today. What a mistake! Total cheap fabric no labels, no fabric content, no washing instructions. Buttons don’t work. I will only buy from Amazon in future.

This is a scam company. They pretend they are in New York but then the order is shipped from China. The items that arrive are not as pictured, they are made so cheaply, you could have bought better stuff at Target. They say you can return items within 30 days, but you have to pay shipping and customs tariffs. BUT...when I tried to email them to get a cost estimate to return the items, their ENTIRE WEBSITE has disappeared as of August 7. Nobody to contact, you are stuck with the cheap stuff they sent.

My Monica cross - over blue dress ($64+) arrived 3 days later than was told it would but there’s no website anymore to exch. for a different size. Quality questionable, no care instructions either.
The Server can’t be found & info at their cust. Serv. Isn’t deliverable. Contacting my bank today as I want to exch. It but seems I cannot do so. Recd. Mon.,

Not a reliable company to do business with I tried to return and was told to send a picture of the merchandise Packaging and a picture of the tag. I did so and was told it would cost more to return than I paid for in the first place. Stay away from this company. They should be shut down

Totally scammed. The dress looked NOTHING like the picture on Instagram. Cheap, thin, and not the same color. Could have ordered on Shein for $10. Horrible quality!! Claim free returns, but a hefty return fee for up to $40. I paid $59. Save yourself the frustration and don't waste your money. I should have known better... Lesson learned. I will try to dispute it with my AMEX

I won't buy anything again to the johnson sisters. The push you to buy with 70% discounts and adicional discounts when you buy more than one item, with easy RETURNS that is NOT TRUE. They have poor quality fabric, with out brand name tag, care instructions, not mention what fabric is it. They tell you they have smooth returns, but when you want to return something is not easy, because you have to return the product to china with a lot of things that they didn't sent to you.

I have bought better made clothes on Amazon for $20 than this. The ad on Facebook looks very nice. The quality is that of a Halloween costume- very bad!!!Return for money back is of course non existent. Buyer Beware.

I wish I could rate this lower. Shame on me for not investigating this company with independent reviews. The site appears to be for a U.S., family-owned company. Orders are supposed to be processed immediately and delivered by USPS. The clothing in the images appears to be well-made in natural fibers like cotton or linen and uses descriptors such as "European" or "French."

Nothing is further from the truth. The clothing is manufactured in China and is shipped from there (I tracked it) at the company's leisure using a little-known (Chinese-owner sounding) courier service. (It took almost four weeks for my order to arrive.) The clothing looked almost nothing like the images. All four of my blouses were made of polyester and have wide stitching that will more easily pull apart with normal wear. The return policy is at your own expense — to China — and you have a 30-day turnaround for a refund. There is also a substantial restocking fee.

I won't wear any of the items I ordered, and they will go straight to a charity shop.

Lesson learned!

This company is dishonest to the core, characterized by misrepresentations of the poor quality of the clothing they sell, extremely long wait for items to be shipped, and clear resistance if you decide to return items. They charge $20-40 to ship the return plus customs fees and require that you use their preferred shipping company which also has very bad reviews and unhappy customers.
