Good ambiance and great food experiences. Good quality as well

The 1950s diner aesthetic and singing staff create a nostalgic experience that's great for families and fans of a classic vibe. Unfortunately, the burgers are fairly average compared to modern competitors, and the high prices make it hard to justify for just a standard meal.

Burger was awesome.
Service really poor.
Uninterested waitress with no interest in customers.
Be more friendly.

Ate on 7-24-2024 at 1000 Universal Studios 81 Had to wait at door for over 10mins Restaurant wasn't crowded At being seated a man came over didn't say his name After taken order Brought drinks and them our order Had to ask for napkins and silverware Given one set of silverware Will never go back The service was cold He never came back to asked how was it So No Tip was given Very disappointed I ate at other Rockets before in other states Never treated like that before Was at 8:21pm on that day

The place went right down cold food and dried out chicken.
Tonight went to try again the two lady's staff really friendly and the chicken was to die for and chips hot and fresh thanks again lady's a very fussy lady will be back

This is for the Wimdsor Ontario location. I am not sure why everytime I get a burger it is dry. All of the juice is cooked out of it completely. I know burgers have to be fully cooked but this is ridiculous.

Johnny Rockets (Pacific Place Mall-Seattle) has a 50s style Americana theme and is one of my favorite burger restaurants. Their burgers and shakes are well worth the wait. You can ask for them to make your shake a malt instead, which is what I always do.

I really enjoy visiting Johnny Rockets.

Their burgers Taste Amazing and Their French Fries are Superb!

No Wonder Why I Keep Returning Back To Johnny Rockets!

I Just Received Excellent Service From Alfa And Glenn From Their 3rd Street Promenade, Santa Monica, California Location!

I was very much Overly Impressed by the Top Class, Wonderful Service that I recently received just the other day back on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at the Johnny Rockets location at the 3rd Street Promenade in beautiful Santa Monica, California.

During my visit, I had the Rocket Double with Mushrooms and a Fried Egg on Top Of It which made it Very Heavy Indeed, but Delightful!

I also enjoyed their Great Tasting French Fries, along with their Twix Caramel Milkshake!

What a Treat!

I want to just personally Thank Alfa and Glenn for Treating Me Right as their Johnny Rockets Loyal Customer and more than Highly Recommend Them and Their Location to anyone seeking out Great Tasting Burgers, Shakes, along with Number One Johnny Rockets Customer Service!
