This is the second car we have purchased from John Grose , with their salesperson Will Songer. As with the first car everything from viewing , test driving , information, right through to driving away has been really easy and straightforward. Will is very professional and takes care and pride in his work to make the whole experience worthy of 5 stars.

My new shiny car
This is the first time I have purchased a brand new car, in fact it is the first time I have purchased a car.
George Kamala was my salesperson and I can not thank him enough for his professional and yet personal way in which he treated me. He answered all my questions (which I think other experienced drivers would have already knew), as if they were normal. he gave me a choice of registration plates and even sent me an image of the car so that I could see it before it arrived.
Al delivered my car, again a professional friendly guy who even helped me set up the app on my mobile and showed me how to store my favourite radio stations. i can not thank these guys enough. due to these two alone, I know I will always recommend John Grose Group to everyone.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, purchased a used Ford Puma, had problem with air con. Booked car in with John Grose, was fixed same day with no charge. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a very satisfying experience.

We have always received excellent service from John Grose. For our most recent purchase we found Ben to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We even received a follow up call. 10 out of 10!

Alex was very kind and helpful, and made the process of changing cars so easy for us.
It’s early days but so far I’m very pleased with the car (Kia picanto).
I also had Kia from John Grose once before a few years ago and I regret leaving for another company as I didn’t get the same attention and help with my car.

Great purchase experience
John Grose sales staff have always proved to be efficient, helpful, and a provide a pleasant experience when buying a new vehicle, and over the years I have bought many new cars from them. This proved to be the case again when I recently purchased a new Puma.

Great customer care
Jack was so helpful he really made us feel comfortable, explained everything in detail can’t thank him enough.
He also followed up after we picked up the car to see if we were happy and did we need any further help with anything.
He is an absolute credit to the company
