John Doe our favourite go to for a Coffee at Angela’s.. the challenge is every time I end up buying a bit of furniture- the sofa and chair by Stressless was delivered today by Simon & Scott .. the whole process has been stressless 😎 so that’s a Bed, Sofa Chair and two side table and hall table .. I make that at least £1500 a coffee 🤣👍😉 excellent products delivered on time and reasonably priced - takes as the stress away

We understand delivery charges can sometimes be frustrating, so we’d like to explain why ours is in place.
Unlike many other retailers who outsource this service, all our deliveries are handled by our own full-time, dedicated in-house team, who take tremendous pride in providing a true “white glove” experience. Although we would love to offer this service for free - rising business costs, vehicles and fuel mean there does have to be a charge.
We firmly believe the value, care, quality and reliability that our customers receive from our Delivery Team more than justifies this cost — and our 5 star TrustPilot reviews reflect that. Taking all this into account, our in-house delivery service is still half the price of many well-known national retailers!
We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back again in the future.

Wardrobes and carpet shopping.
The whole browsing and shopping experience is excellent with a huge choice of in store wardrobes and carpets. The staff are very helpful, professional and friendly, go the extra mile to assist but you don’t feel under pressure to purchase as you do in some other furniture shops. We spent ages asking questions and playing with the in store wardrobes before finally deciding on what my wife wanted. We then went to the carpet department and again received excellent help in picking the right carpet for our bedroom out of the huge choice on display.

I have just come from your your Showroom in Diss. We had see a chair online that we had fallen in love with priced f431.00 in Teal velvet. Called Laurie On Arriving at the store we found identical chair but it was priced £750,00 in the sale in grey. We approached your sales lady who looked online and told us that they would never sell that chair at that price. I have always understood that once a price is advertised the seller must respect the transaction at the price advertised. Your store is about an hour from us and your staff member did not try to satisfy us. I look forward to your response. Shame my husband has in many occasions recommended your store instead of Glasswells.
