Haven't gotten around to trying the sweets yet, but first impression is a bit iffy. Opened the box to find 2 of my items weren't/couldn't be fulfilled, and therefore were "refunded" as written on the reciept that came in the box. Edit: I previously stated I would change my review if the promised refund went through, which it has. I will be leaving it at 4 stars though, as 2 missing products is a bit poor and from the sweets I've had so far, I haven't really found them that great. Not terrible but not great. Just basic sweets really.

Great selection of goods and brilliant variety in the mystery boxes. Would highly recommend

I ordered 2 of the whoops type sweets at 2.99 I think it was. They were packed well and tasted nice .I then went back ordered white choclate sleeve oI did message was told all be dispatched earlier last week but never went day they said but waiting times were quick once dispatched and also rm can be slow too not companies fault. Sweets were a descent size and tasted great compared to another company I also tried . I would use Joe's again it's been yrs scince I had old sweets thanks joe also was well packaged.
Choclate ones im still waiting on nearly 1 week on but was a bank holiday on ordering rm slow.
Choclate one arrived today and it's lovely chocolate old fashioned type so will order again.

Absolutely fabulous,parcel turned up on time and in perfect condition,staff packed my order very well, 💯 recommend joes,amazing staff,fabulous company and guaranteed to use them again

Only placed order with them because the delivery dates where in time for when I needed them but items were not even dispatched until the delivery date range . Sent email to ask if they would be delivered in time and was told that they would but took an extra day again for them to be dispatched so not gona be here by the delivery date promised. Be careful if buying as gifts or for a occasion as they hugely exaggerate delivery times

Messed up my order sent me a smaller kg than I originally ordered so ended paying more for a smaller kg and wouldn't amend it won't be ordering again

A great service with value for money

Sorry guys but the sweets I received are really awful looking and tasting, please don’t tell me to return because I can see from other reviews that you can’t return once opened ? How can people know what they are like unless they are opened ? That is crazy

I have been buying sweets from TikTok sellers & online for the past year because I have been really unwell and was easier for me to purchase online so Iam familiar with pick & mix.

I seen your company realised you were in Scotland so decided to support a Scottish business rather than an English one as I live in Scotland.

Unfortunately I would never ever buy from you again they are the worst sweets I have ever seen & tasted & they have went straight in the bin.
They taste awful, meant to be jelly’s but are brick hard, dried up and some you can see have previously melted then dried up over time, there is no actual date on the bag even if they were Out of date I would still Like to know by how long they are out of date. Who knows how old they actually are !

Also please don’t say that they are sent from another place and you don’t know what’s in the bags because you actually sell them & should take full responsibility for what is in them, in-fact if it’s somebody else’s fault then please provide me with there contact details so I can complain to them directly, but it was your company I paid for my order.
This is something I do not like doing but they are that awful I felt ppl had a right to know.
Like I said they are in the bin now & iam not asking for a refund or a fight as stated earlier iam really not well enough for the stress , or a lame reason for the condition of them
Also people should be aware that the picture you can see of what you think you are getting is not a true reflection of what you actually receive.
