Joesolar Reviews

The company was recommended to me by a work colleague who had recently had solar & storage installed.

The process was real simple, from first contact to proposal and install. No complaints from me and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Really excellent service.
Fitted system in 2 days.
Works really well.

Very good advice, very competitive prices and installation process faster than any large energy supplier.

Very pleased with my system and how well it performs.

From placing the order to the installation everything was perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend Joesolar to anyone. Everyone we dealt with is a credit to the business. The system has exceeded my expectations and so did the service. There was no mess and the cabling is neat and tidy. The app is good, easy to use and there is loads of information on it. Everything was completed quickly to a high standard.

Great communication, great installation, sensible price. What more do you want.

Rob and his team at J.O.E solar have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From initial consultation to fitting the system has been effortless and efficient.

I had a fair few quotes over the last couple of years and have found the whole process confusing and stressful to which I nearly gave up on the idea. After speaking to Rob things were a lot clearer so I decided to bite the bullet.

The price quoted was the cheapest I found and quite frankly a massive difference for the same setup with other companies.

I was kept informed throughout the application process.

The day of the fitting Rob and the lads turned up on time and completed the job to a very high standard. After an in-depth demonstration on how to use the app they tidied up and went.

Genuinely would not hesitate to recommend J.O.E solar to family and friends and in fact I already have done. I will be looking to purchase an additional battery next year and would not use anybody else.

Thanks again Rob. Refreshing to deal with a hard working and honest business.

Had a new SigEnergy solar battery installed which is a great product. Comms from start to finish with JOE Solar was superb. Installation was efficient and they took away the old batteries and inverters. Really pleased with everything and would highly recommend.

We recently had an 8-panel solar array and SigenStor battery system installed by Joe Solar and the experience from start to finish has been brilliant.

The installation team was professional, tidy, and efficient on site, making sure all the hardware—from the panels to the indoor and outdoor isolation setups—was fitted neatly and safely. The SigenStor system itself is an absolute powerhouse; it’s already wiped out the vast majority of our daily electricity bill and keeps our home running effortlessly.

If you are looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable installer for your solar and battery journey, I can’t recommend Joe Solar enough

I recently contacted Joe Solar about adding an additional Sigenergy battery to my existing setup, and the entire experience was outstanding.

From the very first contact, the team was incredibly helpful. They took the time to discuss my specific requirements, clarified exactly what was needed to expand the system, and provided a highly competitive quote.

Communication throughout was spot on, I was kept fully updated on the progress of the order at every stage.

When it came to the installation, the guys who came to the house were top-notch. They were extremely professional, did a fantastic job with the integration, and left the entire work area completely neat and tidy.

If you are looking for a reliable, professional, and competitively priced team for solar or battery storage, I cannot recommend Joe Solar highly enough.

Excellent service from start to finish , very satisfied , very neat install, professional team would highly recomend.

Great customer service and highly knowledgeable team

Really pleased with the set up from Joe Solar. Roberts knowledge and understanding of renewable energy products and best system for our needs has helped us progress our business energy sustainability plans and future proof our decarbonisation scheme.
Having someone knowledgeable, relatable, and honest with their advice was more important than we realised. Thank you.

We’ve had an air source heat pump and solar panels fitted. Couldn’t fault the service for both.
Really informative and knowledgable team, no question left unanswered.
Would highly recommend the JOE Solar team to friends and family with confidence.

It was a big decision to go with JOE solar, im glad I did. Professional company, answered all my questions, went out of their way to help/assure me etc. Installation went smoothly, good set of lads, it ran over to second day, all completed, area left clean and tidy, special shout out to the electrician, very helpful with the app

I would highly recommend these to anybody who is thinking about solar

We had excellent service from start to finish. Having had three companies to quote we found JOE Solar to be very helpful, professional and competitive.
Our system is working very well and would recommend them.

Great experience from start to finish. Everything was explained thoroughly by the team and we felt confident before the installation. It was smooth & hassle free. Highly recommend!

I enquired about installing solar panels with Joesolar and received all the information and more than I requested in a friendly informative meeting. Very prompt to react and delivered the information in a clear easy to understand manner. I never felt any sales pressure ( which I had experienced elsewhere). I’ve witnessed a completed instal at my friends house and the quality of workmanship was excellent. The finished product looked superb both inside and out.
I will be placing an order in the near future. I would recommend this company
