Long time customer

Long time customer
I have been purchasing from Joe's for several years now. The shipping is fast, the selection is very good (I only/like to order beans sourced by geography and order staples-like whole beans to the occasional higher end splurge), consistent pricing, and I prefer to order direct compared to other eCommerce store fronts. I don't bother with individual bean reviews since taste is too subjective. I've never used/tried to figure out their loyalty rewards program. An area for improvement?

Back for more

I rediscovered Joe's Coffee House after a few years. The quality of beans is excellent, and the shipping is quick. I've already reordered once and I'm about to reorder again.
