And you should seriously consider putting your customers first, I have not received anything from you no delivery and if you have cancelled an order then do the decent thing and put monies back into my account cos you were so quick to take it out, your company is a disgrace

If there was a minus that's what I would have given. I wish I had seen the reviews before I wasted my money. Material is rubbish. Nothing like the pictures and an extremely difficult and expensive returns policy. They get your money and send you rubbish which at best ends up in the charity shop. WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO TRADE?!!

Clothing very poor quality clothing was nothing like the pictures . Returned goods over 6 weeks ago but have still not received a refund - company suggested I kept the clothes and gave them as gifts!!! and haggled about me returning and amount they wanted to refund DO NOT BUY from this company it’s a scam

Terrible company do not buy from them I have been trying to sort out problems with them for a couple of months now and still being told to email customer service then they say the same thing. Clothes rubbish sizes all over the place.

Do not order from this company,ordered 2 shirts at exactly the same time recieved one 2 weeks too late the second iam still waiting for E-mails not being answered given up hope of actually seeing the rest of my delivery or a refund, it seems to me it's just another scam company!!!!.

This is the most appalling company. Do not order anything. I wish I had checked the reviews before buying. Luckily I ordered using PayPal and eventually was refunded but it still cost me £24 to return the goods to China. A big lesson learned.

If I could give no stars I would. Dresses were appaling quality and the wrong size. After a long set of email exchanges with ‘Cathy’, she refunded me 40%. The returns policy is so opaque as to be a complete deception. I have reported this company to Trading Standards, and hope they can stop them trading in the UK.

Appalling company to deal with. Ordered dress which was allegedly delivered by Hermes but that is another story. When I told them we had not received goods they claimed that they had been delivered and eventually offered 50% refund but only gave back £10 on a £25 dress. Will never use again

I bought a blue dress for my partner and it was nothing like the advert. It was very flimsy and the colours were faded. Do not buy anything from this company they are a sham

No Star would be appropriate. I ordered two dresses which took 3 weeks to arrive. On opening the package I couldn’t believe that the dresses I saw on the website were the same things. They were heap and tatty copies. They were described as cotton but were some kind of nylon. The sizes were laughable and trying negotiate my way through the Return section of their website was a nightmare. After an exchange of emails, I was offered a 15%, then a 25% and then a 50% refund. I refused on principle even if it means I will have to pay the postage to China. I told. Them they were immoral and dishonest but why should they care? Do not deal with this fraudulent company!!!

I ordered a dress and the dress I received was nothing like the one advertised. Very poor material quality. The fitting just flang together. Very disappointed. They don't deserve even a 1star .Never again. Don't waste your money.

High price with post. Took 3 weeks to come. Then trash quality not only that I ordered size 5 shoe they sent a size 3 woukdnt reply to emails until I asked PayPal to help then they replied and offered 40 % refund. Waste of time and money and just hassle trying to sort it.. Avoid this company.

Where ere do I begin… Quality of the clothes appalling sizes not accurate… Can’t get a return address They do not answer my emails… DON’T buy from this company you will not get your money back or clothes that fit! I believe they are stalling to get you past the 14 day returns policy!

Really wished I had read these reviews , items just arrived , small enough for a 7 yr old child when they were meant to be uk adult sizes. I can see that I will need to pay to return them to Hong Kong , I have just emailed the company requesting a refund , but having read these reviews this now seems like a pipe dream - why are our uk trading standards not doing something about this company.

if I could give 0 stars I would ordered from them , then if you wish to return items you have to email several times and then they advise you that their address to return is in Hong Kong and it will cost a lot to return so no refund is applicable. NEVER ORDER AGAIN BUNCH OF CROOKS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHAMBLES
