Disappointed from the online sale
I used to buy Jockey underwear at my local shop, but since Jockey UK withdrew from retail stores and moved to online-only sales.
I recently placed and paid for an order; however, I have not received it, and it has now been over three weeks.
I am also very concerned that there is no direct telephone customer service available. I have sent emails regarding this issue but have not received any response. I am extremely disappointed that no one has bothered to reply to my enquiries.
At the same time, I continue to receive daily promotional emails advertising sales of up to 50% off, yet I have received no communication regarding my missing order. This is very frustrating.
I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and request an update on my order as soon as possible.
