Before JobTestPrep, I had never passed the Watson Glaser. Now, having used it for just over a month, I have seen massive improvement and I passed it for the first time the other day for one of the firms I was applying to! I am so grateful to JobTestPrep!

Useful and extensive material
The material in the tests are quite robust and they try to simulate the exam well. Their questions are also very similar to the official practice questions and they have also provided detailed explanations for each.

The premium membership this September…
The premium membership this September was less than 30. Surprisingly, this will expire in January. They say it is a 3-month access, although my calculation is 4 months. It is puzzling. Unfortunately, the price now has been increasing dramatically.

Great Material, Excellent Support
I've been using Job Test Prep for different recruitment assessments. So far, I've found all the necessary preparation material, and it has been accurate to what the assessments are about. All the material is perfectly curated for each test and shows great attention to detail in the preparation material.
Additionally, when contacting the customer help email, I've received the type of attention you rarely encounter. They answered pretty fast with a straightforward and simple solution (making the adjustment for me) and showed high kindness and openness to any issue that I might encounter. I wrote to the general email and received a personal email from the agent who helped me solve the issue; I really felt valued.
The whole experience has felt very personalized and has created a lot of value for my preparations.

I bought a package from JobTestPrep but immideatly found the actual test I had was different than that specific package. I contacted the company they refunded my order without any delay or excuse. Bad test provider
Very bad test provider, try finding another one. I was suggested JTP by ChatGPT for SHL preparation (I was in a rush and had no time for deeper research), and they are just bad. Explanations are utterly bad and silly at times, website sucks, example tests seem rushed - they don't feel like actual SHL tests, and the worst part is that there are not that many SHL practice tests. There is something for you to practice, so not a straight 1 star.
EDIT: JTP issued a refund after reading the review, so I will increase the rating from 2 to 3 stars.

You need to do this!
The test prep mirrors the actual test that I took. The explanations were easy to follow and made the test much easier to practice. I 1000% would not have passed if i did not take this course. Thank you.

Was decent and then a scam and can't contact anyone
I purchased a membership in May and have proof of purchase but I lost access to my account in September and I haven't been able to contact the team via email or phone about this. The one time I did someone told me they couldn't see I purchased anything. I responded to the email back with proof of purchase and then waited for a reply, no reply was given and then they closed my request. I responded 3 times and they just closed the request so unacceptable it's been 2 months and I paid for a service.

An excellent resource for preparing for assessments for Irish Civil Service jobs
I can highly recommend jobtest prep for the Irish civil service assessment tests. The quality of the questions is very good, there are loads of questions to practice, the tests are timed which is crucial to practising for the assessments. The website is very easy to use and nicely laid out.

Avoid buying from this company. They do not provide real job training or mock tests, despite what they advertise. The package I received could be completed in less than 15 minutes, yet it cost me over £75 – completely unreasonable for the value.
I contacted their customer support to raise concerns, and they told me to wait for a month. In the end, they closed my enquiry ticket without offering any explanation or solution. I didn’t even ask for a refund – I just wanted support, which they failed to provide. Very disappointing experience.

Took the ATSA for air traffic control, the content of the practice exam was nearly identical to the real exam, albeit in a slightly different layout. It helped me prepare for the exam, and I received a best qualified score followed by a TOL.

Bought their mercer mettl test pack, am fairly surprised! the questions are slightly harder than the actual test but they are accurately in the same style and type.
