Recently contacted the support team regarding a specific technical issue with an application.

The service I received from Dan was truly excellent.

Dan responded extremely quickly after submitting the request through the portal/contact form.

He understood the nature of the request immediately and his first reply contained appropriate and clear remediation actions.

He then continued to offer excellent support as we exchanged emails whilst working through steps to resolve the issue.

Once everything seemed to have been corrected, Dan took the extra step of following up after our initial interaction had finished to make sure that everything was indeed fully resolved and that all agreed changes had been implemented successfully.

I would highly recommend Jobs Go Public based on my experience with them and hope that Dan is recognised internally for the fantastic support he provided.
