My experience with Jobs for Humanity was disappointing. I joined the Zoom meeting using the link provided through the “Add to Calendar” option in their email, but I was later told that I had used the wrong link.

Instead of acknowledging that their website or calendar invitation may have contained an incorrect link, the responsibility was placed on me. The situation could have been handled much more professionally with a simple apology and proper investigation.

Clear communication, accurate meeting links, and respectful customer support are essential, especially for an organization focused on helping job seekers. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.
