Absolutely Awful Experience – Never Buying From Them Again
I had a terrible experience with this company after purchasing an electronic item from their website. From the start, the product was nothing like what I expected—poor quality and malfunctioning right out of the box.
When I called them to report the issue, they constantly dodged my calls and kept postponing my service. It took two whole weeks just to get someone on the line. When I finally did, they told me I had to pay again just so they could take the item back and check it for malfunctions—which is ridiculous, especially for a faulty product.
They took the item, and then I heard nothing for an entire month. When I followed up, suddenly they claimed it was ready to ship back to me—with zero explanation of what was wrong or what they fixed. I refused to accept the shipment and told them this was not how you treat a customer, especially a new one who trusted them with a 150 JOD purchase.
They said they’d check with the manufacturer and get back to me. Another two weeks passed—no updates, no response. I lost my patience and demanded a refund. They finally agreed, but of course, it wasn’t immediate. They played the same game: endless back-and-forth messages promising “just one more day.”
Eventually, after yet another two weeks, I got my money back. But the damage was done. I’ve never felt so disrespected as a customer. The entire process was exhausting, unprofessional, and frankly, insulting.
Unless absolutely necessary, I will never buy from them again.
