The website needs improvement
The website needs improvement. Whilst this is a convenient way of sending money from US to Jamaica, the website is oftentimes down/inoperable. I find this to be inconvenient. There are also times when account transfer takes longer than stipulated.

Although I’ve had some bad experiences
Although I’ve had some bad experiences, I’ve found the staff here in the UK and in Jamaica willing to do what’s necessary to resolve my problems as expeditiously as possible. I have also found that the people working on the frontline are extremely professional, courteous, helpful and empathetic. They are a pleasure to speak with and should be awarded with increase salaries. And I’m talking the staff who answers the telephone. They’re just brilliant 💯💯👏👏👏👏
