Great buy
It is very easy to browse the website - plenty of filters to ease the choice. I ordered custom size and it fitted perfectly, no alternations necessary. Items were delivered as per estimate - items were also value for money.

Helpful, convenient, many varieties
I was not able to go in person, unfortunately, but I did the try-on-at-home program, and it was very convenient! I was really glad that they offered this program, and it allowed me to try on six dresses, which was more than enough for me to make my choice. It was so easy to return the package and it comes with a label anyway inside. There were so many different styles and colours of dresses. I ended up purchasing one of the try-on dresses to keep as I loved it so much. I think I’ll definitely turn to JJ’s house again if I need a dress in the future.

I bought a Chiffon 2 peice trouser suit…
I bought a Chiffon 2 peice trouser suit for my grandaughters wedding, Im a pensioner and selected from their 'final sale' page as Im watching the pennies.
The suit is navy blue and had an 3 cm unidentifieable white mark on the back, at the centre waist height, very visible. They say final sale items non returnable and point out there will be a slight imperfection! I have e mailed several times pointing out it is unwearable and maybe they should score 'imperfections'
1 - hardly visible, 2 - can be removed or 3 - just chuck it in the bin.

Faulty dresses and now lost around £300
I have had many issues with this company. They sold me 4 dresses all of which arrived in different shades despite paying for the same shade and even style. I have then got absolutely nothing back from the company to resolve this. I then did a chargeback through my bank, and the company agreed to resolve it, agreeing this with Visa, my bank, and myself, however since the chargeback was closed they have cancelled the refunds they owed me and agreed to, after I also had to send the dresses back, and are now refusing to uphold the chargeback. If they offer a chargeback explain to your bank they will not honour this and leave it for them to resolve fully!! I now have no dresses and have lost the cost of all these dresses also!
Very disappointed.

I was at first sceptical but…
I was at first sceptical as I have never ordered such an important dress (my Mother of the Bride gown) from an online retailer. I came to Trustpilot and saw most of the reviews were good so I decided to give them a chance. I first ordered swatches and was happily surprised by the fabric quality. After that I ordered dresses to try on at home. The swatches perfectly matched the gowns I ordered. When attempting to order a second set of try-on dresses, I couldn't get it in the color I was hoping for and submited a ticket to see if one might be available. They responded in less than 24 hours with a satisfactory response. Returning the dresses was easy as the original shipment came with a return slip and label. I ended up ordering a total of 11 dresses to try on and they were all of nice quality. After this experience I felt comfortable ordering my dress from JJ's House. I will be a return customer in the future.

Watch Out They Tried Not To Give 100% Refund
Bot fills like your're talking to an agent it confirmed refund as long as returned within 14 days. So I purchased two dresses. NOT MADE TO MEASSURE just standard 12. Within THE FIRST WEEK I tried to cancell the order, which I found hard to do on the website. I emailed and was told I could only have a 80%. RED FLAG!!! VISA got involved and I got a full refund.

This company has a GOLD star from me, without a doubt.
I was in a situation were my bridesmaid lives abroad, JJ's told me when to order my bridesmaid dresses to line up with the date my bridesmaid arrived in England, which I did but the dresses turned up about 5 days before her arrival, due to the fact that I had to send the dresses back, one within 7 days and the other within 14 days I went in to panic, JJ's told me to keep the dresses until she arrived and gave me 2 weeks to send them back.
I have never dealt with a company that is so willing to help and had complete understanding on how I felt. They made me feel, they completely understood my situation and they listened to me and dealt with my situation in a calm and very understanding way.
what company does that in this day and age, JJ'S HOUSE, thats who.
