i think this company is a scam
i think this company is a scam. after 11 days from the order no shipment was done. during this period they kept telling today,tomorrow...and they stop responding emails and calls.

Thanks for your review. We are sorry we did not respond to 3 amils, whatsapps and phonecalls a day. We did respond last friday, that we were missing 1 of the irems and were checking where it is and would revert back on monday. Yes, 9.00 is monday, but we did not have an answer. We responded around midday on monday. And a delivery time of 5/8 working days as advertised, for an order placed on November 28, friday, means delivery latest wednesday, today. So we could have been on time, but we cancelled your order, especially because of the tone of voice of your messages. Please do not order with us again. And have a nice holiday!

Unfortunately, this Xerjoff Ouverture that I ordered does not come into its own. The smell quickly fades and withdraws almost immediately. That betrays that the smell is anything but original.
I have previously smelled an original version - the difference is as great as the distance between the moon and the earth.
Too bad about my hard earned money, that I now spend on this perfume that does not deliver what it promises.
To the greatest fact, Xerjoff never gives a discount on the perfume. This explains enough that the perfume was never delivered by Xerjoff otherwise you would have to make a loss and not a turnover.
My money goes to something that is not worth it.
Very disappointing.
You can say what you want but the truth is that the discount says enough that it is not original. And the comparison I made was the same perfume.
I think you know a lot more about perfumes than you do.

Thans for your review. The perfume you received is 100% original. But you mentioned you bought the other perfume so you can compare, but now again yyou only smelled it a few months ago. We also told you you can go to a store where they sell the perfume and compare and we guarantee it's exactly the same, The memory of a perfume can always be different and the perfume you smelled could be another perfume as well. You received what you ordered 100%.
And indeed, you can't by at Xerjoff directly, as they work with appointed distributors / wholesalers, where you have to buy....
Also you mentioned the perfume you smelled cost Euro 450,-. We can tell you, that this was not the same perfume you ordered...

The product arrived broken, but I hope for a better experience in the future
I ordered a perfume that arrived broken and unusable. I sent clear pictures but was asked to return the product even though it was completely destroyed. It seems absurd to me to be made to send back something worthless just to prove an already obvious situation.
This order, unfortunately, was not ok at all. I did not receive any compensation, even though the problem was not my fault. That disappointed me.
However, I appreciate the selection of fragrances and intend to order from you again - hopefully in the future everything will go smoothly and if there is a problem it will be handled more responsibly

Dear Cristian, the perfume alwaya needs to be returned, we have explained to you in detail, why. Pictures are not sufficient as also the rootcause needs to be investigated. Your reluctancy to send return the perfume, is exactly why the perfume, even if the bottle is broken, needs to be returned.
