The shipment was delivered so late and…

The shipment was delivered so late and from day one of shipment things were so bad

UPS refuse to give me envelope and made me to pay $2.00

Refuse to print shipping label and have to pay $2.00

It was initially the price quote was $40.75 then to $42.50 eventually billed for $44.81

End up paying all together $48.81

It was not delivered as promised on Monday and was delivered on Saturday which is 6 days late. Do we need to pay for the shipment which is not delivered as promised.

They are great

They are great, prices where cheap, was a bit scared but they helped me all through the process of filing government documents for my shipment, and followed up all through till delivery, excellent services, sure recommending to my friends and family. Thanks especially to Krunal.

Worst service ever had

I’m writing to share my negative experience with Jio Worldwide’s courier service. I booked a shipment from New York to India on September 23rd, sending a birthday card for my son and some souvenir gifts. The shipment weighed under 1 lb, so I had booked it with UPS for worldwide expedited delivery.

The shipment arrived at Delhi Airport on September 27th, but the package was still in the warehouse. I contacted Jio Worldwide’s office to inquire about the issue, but they provided me with a toll-free number that was not accessible from the US.

I then received a call from an UPS representative, who informed me that a commercial invoice was required. I promptly sent it via email, but she then requested that I provide the recipient’s National ID. I sent it, and she confirmed that the courier would be released in 48 hours.

However, I received an email later that provided the phone number and email of the recipient, which were already available. The representative then informed me that the recipient had to complete the KYC process for customs. After the KYC process was completed, UPS updated the status, but we were unable to deliver the package because the KYC was rejected.

I will create a review video to help other users avoid this issue. I strongly advise against using UPS courier and Jio Worldwide’s service, as their customer service is inadequate. If you have any issues with a delivery, they provide no proper response. for more details check the attachments.

Our sales team is co-ordinating with you on a daily basis. They are just asking you to inform the recipient to call India ups for the further process.

UPS India also trying to reach them but they are unable to get hold of them. Sales team already provided the contact details and explained you the process.

This is the standard process which they follow for every shipment. If you are unable to provide the KYC details of recipient then this will impact on the transit time which is outside of our control.

Still we are asking you the same thing ask the recipient to call the UPS and upload their KYC documents and provide the necessary documents.

Good customer service

I was helped by Krunal Vaghela.
The delivery was fast within 4 months for normal household goods.The process was clearly written in a document form. The only thing is courier for pick up and drop of packages are by local courier company. No tax collected.
