Everything went wrong. Please don't believe in those 5 star ratings. They are fraud. They blocked me from customer care so that I can't msg them for my refund.

My order from January have still not arrived. I’ve written an email to customer service a month ago but still no response. :(

Even one star is too much for the jingus. I ordered some clothes and they were too small and of bad quality, I haven't worn them I returned the address that shows on their website page. I wrote to customer service a million times they did not even read my email. They sent me a regular email every time. They have not refunded my money back but I try every day until I get my money back. Never never but items from them!!!

Complete scam. I ordered on 2/19 and still have not received my order (today is 6/9). Multiple emails to customer service never answered. I finally just did a chargeback with my bank to get my money refunded.

Worst experience it’s a scam the pictures on the site is totally different than the ones you’ll receive, not to mention some items will not be the same, a different jacket you will not receive the sizes you’ll order be aware of the site I had to wait 3 months for something horrendous and quality is really bad

It’s a scam. I’ve ordered from them in the past so I thought it would be ok. However, I placed an order on Memorial Day and was charged immediately but never received a shipping tracker. I emailed their customer service to inquire and the email bounced back!

i never got my order and it has been over six months since i ordered. i emailed them and they kept giving my excuses on why the package is delayed. now they are not answering my emails.

I ordered from them a year ago last minute for an event and everything came beautifully and right on time, so I decided to shop again for another event I was attending this year. I ordered on March 9th and when things didn’t ship out around a month later, they said that it would take another 3-5 days to ship it out (They responded to me within 3 hours it seemed so promising 😭). Literally 5 days later, they sent me an email saying they were moving warehouses and this was what was causing a delay AND THEN offered me 40% off on another order as an apology, which is insane! It is now June 5th, and I have heard nothing back from them and now my emails (I’ve emailed twice) are bouncing back! 💀 And I’m seeing they are getting backlash for the same things on social media 👀 I’m honestly happy I only spent $70 instead of $100+ like I originally planned to because this is crazy😅 Save ya money y’all!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I canceled my order because it had not shipped after 2 weeks and I was NEVER refunded. I emailed customer support over 3 times and they just ignored my emails. Do not order from here!!!! They will keep your money.

Please dont believe the 5 stars reviews. Do your research and go in their instagram. They delete all their comments because they are scammers! My order never arrived (ordered in december) they ghosted all my mails. NOT EVEN A TRACKING. I dont know why they haven’t been canceled yet

I have already ordered more than once and I had never had a problem until this last time, I placed an order more than 3 months ago and they never sent me my order, I have already requested too many times that they cancel my order and return my money but they always answer me the emails saying that they already canceled it but it is not true and they still do not solve anything for me.

Ordered on 9th of Jan up till now nothing received. First time contacting customer care I got a reply that they will send asap the order. But nothing got send. Then again contact customer care… no reaction. It is a scam

I ordered in the past and loved their clothes. I decided to place a new order this past December. Products never arrived. After 2 mos of no answer, I opened a PayPal claim and was finally reimbursed (J.ing probably never even responded to ebay). Today is June 2nd 2023 and just out of curiosity I decided to check my order number. The status is STILL "awaiting shipment". smh... just don't.

I found this website on a whim looking to purchase dresses for an upcoming wedding I’m attending. I made an order 2 months ago and they were saying there are delays due to a large amount of orders they received or that the “products are still in PRODUCTION”?

I received no shipping details nor any updates from them unless I reached out. I have no order from them and they have my money. I’m not sure if they’re a real company, from my experience, they’re just thieves. Be careful.

please do not believe those comments are saying " we ordered several times and everything is great". They are owners or people who work for them. This website a total SCAM. I am waiting for returning my money back through my bank yet. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. THEY DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING FOR YOU.

No stars of possible. I got scammed and I never got my money back. It’s a horrible clothing website and turn off comments on their social media as well so no one can spread awareness about the scam they are playing on people.

I've purchased from Jing previously and the clothes were great quality and 100% legit. I don't know what's happened since then, but I decided to purchase from them again on January 4, 2023. I know they ship clothes from asia, so I was expecting a wait.

In April 2023, I contacted Customer Service. They confirmed that my clothes were being processed. They have since blocked my email. I am currently in the process of getting this transaction reversed.

I placed an order in March and I haven’t received my item it’s a total scam and I sent multiple emails to them showing proof of purchase etc and they kept saying that it’ll be here soon and it never showed up. They eventually blocked me, but please do not buy from here!

Ordered $79 worth of items in February (order #00363629) and never received them. Items were never processed or shipped. Asked for a refund on numerous occasions (probably sent about 15 emails, as this is the only way to communicate with them) but customer service replied only twice and simply told me that the items would ship soon. Again, they never did. In short: never got the items or the money back. Total scam; do NOT order from this company.

ALL THE “POSITIVE” Comments are bots/ fake! Like most people here has said I placed a order on March 8th and now almost June I have not received my order or any tracking information!
Please do not place the order here it is not worth it. I will for sure never shop on this site
