The product did not work
The product did not work. Will charge but won’t turn on. I’ll be returning it. This was my third purchase from JJ, and the first time I had any issues, so I really expected better.

Very disappointed in the Form 2
Very disappointed in the Form 2. My original Form recently died after 4 years and so I invested in a replacement. The button placement change is terrible, and it’s so confusing to have the power button between the increase and decrease speed buttons. Also, the settings are not the same, and not nearly as strong. It was charged fully before its first use and has been used several instances since receiving with no improvement. So bummed.

This is our 3rd time to purchase this same item. It's changed since the other two were purchased. Charging is different and the speeds and control are different. It was our most favorite toy for the longest time. Guess we wore 2 out! We don't love this one. Harder to figure out the buttons and the speed isn't as high or vibrations as hard. To he honest, we are very disappointed. As much as it cost and not at all like the other 2. It probably won't get used, $130 to lay in a drawer.

Used to evoke duo twice then it became possessed and the front (wheel) button turns on and off on by its own control. Customer service was notified and I await a response. Just seems like we got a bad apple. I won’t let it be a permanent one star it’s just where I am at with this issue. Otherwise it is a great tool/toy. Hope a replacement will turn this around.

Battery life and/or charging ability xo
I bought my girlfriend another Form 3 PRO only for its battery to start only lasting a few minutes just like the first one. And this is only after several weeks not several months. She likes Form 3 PRO, but thru both of them out recently; giving up on their battery issue.
