Jim came highly recommended by "Choice in Hackney" where he is their contract IT consultant. I had a serious problem with my Win11 PC which even Microsoft couldn't solve. He came to my home, worked diligently for several hours and fixed it! His charges were very reasonable. He is a pleasant man who you can trust to work at your home, even in your absence, with full confidence. Top Man.

I gave Jim my list of ten software/ system/ update issues that have bugged me for some time, he offered me an in person appointment same day and was able to work through all of them including a fair amount of myth-busting. One hour very well spent. Thanks!
