They forgot to replace the oil cap!!! Stained engine!!

I took my ford escape 2019, for an oil change and the mechanics forgot to put the oil cap back. I drive around two hours on the highway before I got home and heard the rattling of the cap. now my engine is all stained with oil, they put me at risk of a fire, i lost oil, and I want compensation

I bought a 2017 explorer Ford

I bought a 2017 explorer Ford. Cost me a pretty penny . I took it to have service for transmission. And the advisor said they would work on it. They only fix recalls . And I didn't receive it till a little over a week. My air conditioner doesn't work well and I don't know how much oil I have and pressure. I did made an appointment but I need a vehicle for my adopted kids and a sick husband. This a lot of stress for me!! please! Get in touch. I am 73 and my husband is 78. My parents also believe in Jim Click and this my first time buying a vehicle for Jim Click. Please! Help

Gave a deposit to Jimmy (a sales…

Gave a deposit to Jimmy (a sales manager) on a New Hyundai located at the Auto Mall. I was told the vehicle could be transported from an out of state location by the following week. If there were any issues they would contact me. After a week of no response & me calling for information, I finally found out the vehicle was never shipped. Never spoke with Jimmy once.
Cancelled my order & purchased the same vehicle (ironically from Click Auto mall transfer) from Hyundai Sierra Vista. Incredible service & after purchase contact to make sure I was satisfied. Took me several days to get deposit back & that was a hassle.
Also the Click dealership was a dump. In the process of a new a new showroom but the interim trailer was pathetic. They have a monopoly in Tucson and that is ashamed.

I wish I could give them zero stars

I wish I could give them zero stars. We purchased 2 brand new JEEPs here in the last 7 years and the lack of customer service from this company has become truly baffling. They will guilt you into giving perfect reviews for their Service Advisors, even when you know it isn't warranted, but they make you feel like they will get in trouble if they don't get perfect scores. Also, don't get bamboozled by them and their "maintenance for life". It literally takes weeks to get in for an oil change and their "inspection" that they perform is laughable. Having snacks in the waiting area doesn't make up for subpar maintenance. The paperwork says they rotated my tires, but they sure didn't. I had suspected they didn't rotate them the previous time, but had no proof. This time I l marked a specific tire and it magically was still in the same place on my vehicle after my appointment. They told me I needed all new tires, which was strange because I had 80,000 mile tires on my car and I purchased them 3 years ago. I reached out to the place I had purchased my tires previously and when they did an inspection, they found that the tires had significant uneven wear and my warranty was voided because they had not been properly rotated. Every time I have come in for an oil change since I purchased this car in 2018 they have indicated that they rotated the tires. I had to buy a whole new set of tires because they did not perform the work they said they did. When I brought up my complaint to Jim Click, I was told I would get a response from the Management Team in 24 hours but that was last week and they have made it clear just how little my business is valued by their organization.

I received a safety recall notice on my…

I received a safety recall notice on my 2022 Jeep Gladiator Overland; indicating that the High Pressure Fuel Pump needed to be replace with a newer upgraded version. I contacted my Service Advisor: Rebecca Fairfield, where she is located at the Tucson Auto Mall. I made an appointment for service. I conveyed to Rebecca, that the Jeep was my primary conveyance, and that I had no other vehicle for transportation. I must say that Rebecca was very accommodating with the needs of my transportation. And I feel she went out of her way to make sure I would be taking care of when it came time to receive the Jeep back to me. I feel Rebecca, Fairfield is a valuable asset to the Jim Click organization.

ZOOM ZOOM to DOOM

Took car in for a flat repair. Was told that a new tire was needed. Paid for tire and charged more than quoted. Next day tire flat again! When taken some place else, a leaky valve was found. New tire was not needed. Isn't that just SWELL?

I have interacted with Alejandro 4 different times over  the time span of a year and every time it has been awful. In my most recent interaction he felt it was appropriate to not only raise his voice at me, he continued to laugh at me in my situation then argued with me when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. Since Alejandro asked me what problems I have had with him before finally transferring me to his supervisor, here you go:

1st time he lied about them replacing my brakes.

2nd time I got them to actually replace the brakes but before Alejandro felt the need to accuse me of being the problem, by driving with 2 feet. - when I have a record from the sales associate, Larissa, in text that in fact the van was sold that way and there would be no problem getting it fixed.

3rd time I went in for maintenance and saw Alejandro, he did not greet me, instead sent someone else out. Then that person, Manny, came out to let me know I would be wasting my and their time if they were to inspect it for the maintenance check up.

4th time was today. It has only been 3/4 weeks since the 3rd interaction mentioned and I now have 3 dash lights on and Alejandro was nothing short of ignorant. He felt it was appropriate to not only raise his voice at me, he continued to laugh at me in my situation then argued with me when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor.

Mike was pleasant and competent. Thanks Mike. If I could just rate his interaction today it would have been 5 stars. Alejandro is a problem.

Poor Service Department

Had my car towed in February 26th, 2023. After waiting 4 weeks for a diagnosis, Gene, my service rep, said the transmission needed to be rebuilt or replaced. He said it would be $6400.00 to replace it or $7200.00 to rebuild it. I told him I prefer to have a new one. The first few weeks Gene kept me updated every 3 - 5 days, after that I would leave messages or text and sometimes wait a couple of days for a response. Gene told me that they were having a hard time finding a new one, but I was still willing to wait. On, approximately March 31, 2023 I stopped by, because Gene wasn't returning my call. I also spoke to the parts department and the guy I spoke with didn't have any info that they were looking for a transmission for my car. On April 3, 2023 Gene called and said they found a transmission, but it would be $6800.00. I agreed to the price, so they "ordered" it. On April 7, 2023 Gene called and told me the transmission was in and my car would be ready no later than Wednesday April 12, 2023. I called Gene on that Wednesday and he told me he would check on it. He called back approximately 4 hours later and told me that the transmission never came in. He said that they found it online, ordered it and then it just disappeared. I asked him, again how much to rebuild the the transmission. Gene told that the service manager agreed to split the $800.00 extra to rebuild it. My Math: $6400.00 + $400.00 = $6800.00. Their Math: $6800.00 (price of phantom transmission) + $400.00 = $7200.00. So, I chose to have the vehicle towed to a transmission shop, which I probably should have done at first. I still had to pay $304.00 diagnosis fee.
Another issue I had was that every time I called the main number for the service department, nobody answered the phone. I will be sure to never go to this dealership again.

Jim Glick Tucson rotated my car tires

Jim Glick Tucson rotated my car tires. After leaving I notice one of the lugs on a front tire isnt seated all the way and appears cross threaded. I call them back for their bad service and get an appt of 9:00am the following Monday for them to fix the lug they broke. I show up at 8:45am and am told my car won't be done until after noon. Why did I have an appt for 9:00am? I ask. And was told the appt is for you to come to the dealership and get in line for service. WTH - who creates a service policy like that?? Im due for a new car, but if this is Mazda service in Tucson I won't be buying from Jim Click. Wow!

Over the last year I have dealt with…

Over the last year I have dealt with Marisa Salazar, Jim Click Jeep Salesperson at the Jim Click Jeep dealership at the Tucson Automall.
She is extremely informative and goes above and beyond the normal duties of a sales person. She explains the process to new car buyers - My two sons purchased their first vehicles last year. In August 2021 I sent my sister in law Bianca and she purchased her very first vehicle on her own. She has been extremely happy with. In May I sent a longtime friend to purchase his vehicle and first he had engine light issue but she immediately resolved it by having a full diagnostic test run and getting the sensor replaced that was errored. My sons are happy with thier car and again I need to say Marisa Salazar is amazing at what she does, explaining the process and always looking out for her customers.
