HORRIBLE SERVICE

Jiggle does not provide a customer service person to speak with regarding issues. Instead you receive the same generic responses, over & over, that do not resolve your issue, They will not refer you to a supervisor or anyone to actually speak with. They refer you to Waltzer who only refer you back to Jiggle. I work with two other Crypto svcs that have never given me the poor customer svc I am getting from Jiggle.

Thieves!

This company never gave me a 12 word backup or a backup at all when I started using them I was just learning how to do crypto I was new to it and I have a brain tumor with cancer so I don't understand things quite like I used to and they knew this I reached out to the support multiple times right after money was put in my account I put it in there my account was seriously froze up I was talking to support and they told me to log out of it which I did and when I logged back in I couldn't get in and I had no backup and they told me that my crypto money was going forever unless I had a backup that they never provided me they knew this when they told me to log out I am so angry I have no food and I have no money and I'm dying of cancer and I am very sick I need my money! It's $105.00
You swindled me!! Told me to log out!

In terms of backup options, Jiggle offers two choices: a paper backup (QR code) and biometrics. We do not offer 12-word seed phrases as a backup option.

Whilst this situation is unfortunate, we have provided all assistance possible directly over support. If you have lost your backup, there is sadly nothing more we can do to assist you.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a Trustpilot review. It is understandable that high transaction fees aren't ideal.

To clarify, we don't benefit in any way from your sending or recieving fees. Mining fees are paid to the miners who process crypto transactions and secure the network. These fees apply across all crypto transactions, so it is not the case that there are cheaper alternatives. In Jiggle, you have the flexibility to adjust the Miner fee according to your preference. However, it's worth mentioning that modifying the network fee will impact the speed at which your transaction is picked up and confirmed by the network.

If you are finding the miner rates are particularly high for a certain cryptocurrency, this might be due to increased activity on the network (Bitcoin is particularly congested at the moment). One option is to try a different cryptocurrency; Litecoin for example is known for having relatively low miner fees.

Bug in app cost me $$$ - Jiggle unwilling to refund

I started using this app about a month ago and have used it for MANY transactions. I'd say an average of 5 a transactions a day with transaction fees ranging from $5 to $40 (depending on how much you are sending). I only send LiteCoin to 1 wallet. The way that I access the address is by choosing "send", "add recipient", and then clicking "activity" which allows you to send to an address that you have already sent to. This is the easiest way since I only send to one address.

This evening, I did my usual process but I never received the LiteCoin in my other wallet. I looked at the details and the money was somehow sent to another address. There should not have been any other addresses in my activity log.

Contacted support and they said that they can't do anything about it. This was clearly an issue with their app and I have pages of transaction history that show only 1 address. They will no longer be receiving my $25 - $75 in daily fees. I'll just go back to sending bitcoin (which I buy from another source) and waiting a little bit longer.

Fees are higher than coinbase and kraken. And i could not send my bitcoin right away, i am still waiting for their "pending". Super frustrating, they not tell you anything about the process until after they have taken the money, charged a crazy fee service. Very disappointing!

CAUTION~

This service does not presently have the option to sell!! And sending it out requires a confirmation code(s) which never arrived. I'm hoping to get some resolution but after spending all day with no support on why confirmation codes are not sent, I'm wishing I'd never deposited onto JIGGLE.
