Went to London East Ontario , Hanna was my service advisor. Very professional , quick , organized, pleasant personality. No hard selling, showed me all filters and said none needing change.
I will definitely return for their service.

If you want to get ripped off and berated, then take it to Jiffy Lube. Needed an oil change so I brought my vehicle to the S Ft Apache / Charleston location in Las Vegas. Told them I wanted the regular oil and not the synthetic.

#1 - Heard one of the workers in the bay area call me cheap because I didn't want the synthetic oil.

#2 - The front person came back and told me they didn't have the 0W-20 and tried to talk me into the synthetic. When I asked if they had 5-20 oil, he said yes. So I told him to put that in. (Incase you didn't know, the first number on the oil is for thickness for the low temperatures. I live in Las Vegas and it's the summer. I really don't think I will see below freezing temperatures in the near future. He was counting on the fact I didn't know anything regarding oil for the car)

#3 - This is the one that made me laugh... The front guy told me they checked my battery and it was at 25% and I should have it replaced. What he didn't know is that I had replaced the battery less than 3 months earlier. I told him it was under warranty and not to replace. Now just to be sure, after I left, I went to AutoZone where I got the battery, to have it checked. The AutoZone worker checked my battery... laughed and said my battery was fine.

I did have my filters replaced and I am not sure if I even needed this done. The oil change with filters cost me $147.88. I will never go back there.

On June 16th I took my 2010 F350 King Ranch, WITH 30 DAY TAGS, to store #0066. For oil change and fuel filter replacement. They broke the fuel filter housing, had it towed to a Ford dealership ( which I like). Jiffy lube will not start repairs ($1000.00 plus) unless I sign a release and give them routing #s of my bank to send me money to pay Ford.
As an update, district manager has phoned me, to inform me that they will be dealing with the dealership directly to get my truck repaired. Hopefully I will see it before the 4th.

This was my first time getting an oil change at Jiffy Lube, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I went there today, June 28, 2025, specifically because they were offering a $35 discount on a full synthetic oil change — a promotion that was clearly valid through June 28, 2025.

Despite this, the discount was not applied to my service. When I asked about it, I received no reasonable explanation. I feel deceived and taken advantage of. This kind of misleading promotion reflects poorly on the company’s integrity. I won’t be returning, and I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

I received an estimate for $169. When I got to the Sturtevant, WI store, without looking at the issue, they said the estimate was not valid and it would cost $220. Bait & switch. Never will go back.

Over sale approach fast talking. I use to like this place. They even wanted to charge me for a antifreeze top off. Wants up with that.$122.00 oil change.

I was charged 219.99 for a diagnostic test and recharge and ex 40 dollars for refrigerant after being told I had a discharge line leak…it’s my understanding the purpose of the diagnosis is to find the leak before you recharge the ac system in my Yukon.before questioning them about this I was told I didn’t have any leaks or other problems .the tech asked to take the truck back in the port to check it again to make sure it was no leak I never left the establishment.he calls me over and said I have a discharge line leak ..this is fraudulent and unprofessional this was in Florence sc 2189 w.vans street store1302…I would not recommend anyone to these people.the cops was called on me by manager bc he lied to me about my services and the job they failed to do it’s my opinion they are lying to and taking money for imaginary work diagnostic paid by customer.not doing the work which you pay them to do ..terrible place to go with car trouble.

Jacob, the manager at the location on CHALKVILLE road in Trussville treated me like an idiot, interrupted me constantly, and kept saying MA’AM every time I tried to speak before finally kicking me out when I asked him to stop. This was an arranged meeting since they overfilled my oil prior to a trip to Florida and my family broke down 3 hours away in a tiny town with no real mechanic. The check engine light is still on, oil is too full, car is misfiring. I was told by the regional manager that Jacob would help me.

He told me it was a tiny bit overfilled. It was not. He spent all of 10 minutes with it before trying to sell me parts for it I had replaced in the last year that he could have even accessed from his view of it. He didn’t like when I pointed that out and became angry and sexist, treating me like I could t possibly know anything g about cars.

The regional manager isn’t much better, told me he was sure I had laundry to do after vacation.

Someone please tell the men that women can be smart and know things too. They both need fired. In 2025 to act that way is so gross and entitled. I’ll never go back to a jiffy lube ever again. I’m taking my car to Hyundai and will absolutely bill or sue them though if the damage was caused by them.

My boyfriend and I went there for an oil change for his truck and it was extremely overpriced. He paid approximately $168 for an oil change which is more than double the price that local competitors were asking for. Next to me, we will shop around first.

This experience is so far successful, the costumer service is great and efficient!

I can only comment on the location I go to in Austin on Parmer/Mo-Pac but they are absolutely amazing. Kind and cheerful and helpful and honest and always going the extra mile.

The mechanic at jiffy lube on South beritania Street is excellent! I think he really deserves a raise. He is so good at his job and customer service.

I visited the Jiffy Lube location in East Longmeadow, MA and was very pleased with the great customer service I received today from Hector V.! The service was thorough and friendly - I could tell he was being honest with me and not trying to “sell me” extras I didn’t need! I’m a 84 year old veteran on a senior citizen fixed income so it’s always nice to be treated well and with respect. I also greatly appreciated the 50% off coupon that my son found for me on his phone for my conventional oil change. I am very pleased with today’s service and hope for the same when I return in the future. Thanks again, Hector V.!

Jiffy Lube in 14th street NE Calgary. Went in for a winter tire swap, off rim. Took 2 hrs, kid doing it was lost. Avoid this place.

Went in for a basic oil change. The guy tried to sell me a high mileage change. I said no thanks. Since I have been driving for over 30 years and always used conventional and never had a problem. He said we do not stock conventional oil. I said there are other places in town. He said I will give you a 25.00 gift certificate to amazon. I do not shop amazon and left. I wanted the 49.99 oil change and he wanted to sell me the 119.00 and lied. They lost my business forever.

Manager was extremely unprofessional and tried to scam me into getting breaks done by not passing my 2022 truck that little did he know just had breaks replaced 2 months ago. Bunch of scammers with horrible service.

I've been going to this crap hole for far to long it seems. First in line for a simple state inspection, somehow last to leave. I asked why it's taking so long and they told me new rules... As a former automotive technician and state inspector, I can tell you that was a falt out lie. I thought I learned my lesson long ago and stoped getting oil changes there, guess I will have to stop state inspections too. I would avoid this company and it's stores at all costs! you've been warned.

JIFFY LUBE’S SYSTEM CAUSED THOUSANDS IN DAMAGE – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Jiffy Lube’s flawed system lists an incorrect oil filter as “compatible” with my vehicle, and their refusal to take responsibility has cost me over $4,600 in repairs.

THE PROBLEM:

Their system wrongly lists an oil filter that is NOT compatible with the 2011 Ram 1500 5.7L Hemi, OF2222-MO10060. The correct filter is Mopar MO-899 or one similar in size and function. This incorrect filter was more than half the size of the OEM filter (see photos) and they used it in multiple oil changes, leading to severe oil pressure issues and catastrophic engine damage. The technicians followed their system, but the real failure lies with Jiffy Lube and their inaccurate parts database.

HOW JIFFY LUBE HANDLED IT:

Refused to acknowledge their mistake, even when I provided proof from a certified mechanic who confirmed the incorrect filter caused my engine issues (damaged lifters, camshaft, oil pressure switch, starter and 100% blocked oil screen from blown filter paper remnants requiring five oil flushes to clear). Ignored clear evidence proving the damage was caused by their system’s error. Denied my claim completely, leaving me with thousands in repair bills due to THEIR negligence.

DO NOT TRUST JIFFY LUBE!

If they can't even get something as basic as an oil filter right, why would you trust them with your vehicle? Their refusal to take accountability proves that they don’t care about their customers—only profits.

SPREAD THE WORD!

I’m warning everyone: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I’ll be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, and consumer protection agencies until Jiffy Lube is held accountable for their reckless negligence.

I went in for a simple oil change. They lost the brake fluid cap. They claimed I lost it prior to my driving the vehicle in and wanted me to purchase another through them at their profit. If I’d have been driving around with no brake fluid cap, there’d have been a mess of brake fluid around the reservoir, but there read the reviews and save yourself the grief. Drive down the street and go elsewhere unless you want parts of your car missing or drain plugs over torqued. They respond to reviews with “email jiffylub….blah blah blah…fake email address that bounces back. Bunch of incompetents.

I had a very disappointing experience at Jiffy Lube. One of their untrained employees broke my car's tire nozzle while inflating the tire.

I was watching from inside as the manager told him not to do it that way, which shows the lack of knowledge and training among their staff.

After the incident, they installed my spare tire and asked me to fix the nozzle and come back for reimbursement. This process wasted my time, and I had to use another car for two days.

Once I fixed the tire, I returned to the manager, who took a picture of the receipt and assured me that I would receive the money in two weeks.

However, it has now been two months, and I have followed up with them twice without receiving any response. I recommend that everyone avoid this Jiffy Lube East Bidwell Street Folsom location; this is how they treat their regular customers.
