Shocking customer service

Placed an order on Tuesday and it’s now Thursday. Their website claims to have orders delivered within 48 hours of being placed. I’ve heard absolutely nothing. Messaged the company a couple of times today, they finally responded late this afternoon. Claim they were onto dpd about when they could deliver. Sent a despatch email but for some reason they’re refusing to give me tracking information and there’s nothing showing on the DPD app and I can’t track without a number. First time I’ve ordered from this company and will definitely be the last. ***UPDATE *** the order arrived at 7am today in a black bin bag, by someone (not dpd) hammering on the door. Very amateurish as were the messages I got from the company.
