Good service, 1 star deducted as i would prefer a more accurate ETA on the day not 09:00-12:00 from JG. Overall, Paul was polite and quickly onto exterminating the bees.

The gentleman who came explained what he was going to do with the wasps. Once he had finished they seemed to be dispersing. He assured me they would be gone. If not contact him again in 7 days. I have every confidence they will be gone.

Excellent, professional and Knowledgeable
Ben arrived in the time slot allocated. He explained what he would do to eradicate a bees nest, how the treatment works. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
Fingers crossed this has done the trick but also feel reassured with the 3 week time scale guarantee, if the treatment needs repeating.
Highly recommended.

Very efficient service
Ryan attended our property as we could hear something between our living room and bedroom ceiling. We had only called the office that morning but he was there in a few hours. Ryan was really polite and friendly and discussed the issue with us. It appeared to have been a bird that had got stuck. All sorted swiftly and without any fuss.

I phoned JG Pest Control on Sunday
I phoned JG Pest Control on Sunday. On Bank Holiday Monday their technician Chris arrived and very quickly identified the problem we had with bees attempting to set up home in our eaves. He was very pleasant and well informed and dealt with the situation.
I hope I don’t have to, but I would definitely employ JG Pest Control again if ever I needed to.
