I thought it was delivered as it sent the notification. I’ve waited a couple weeks and it never showed, even checked my leasing office it looked beautiful in the picture though.

Fraudulent rings.
Ordered 2 wedding rings sterling silver. One was silver authentic and stamped. The other is plated. Have emailed. Shown multiple pictures and no response. They are a complete rip off.
After their comment. They asked for pictures to show there is no hallmark. They refuse to give me a guarantee that if it is lost in transit etc that they will replace. I have had it tested by a jewellery store and pawn broker who both confirm not silver. This is beyond a joke.

Be careful what you order ……
You could have been more helpful when you noticed I had ordered one different stone from the other earring and the matching necklace. Also the back parts of the studs were too small and tight, had to replace them.

Easy to order. Fast delivery. Quality product. Customer service also confirmed that if we wanted to order additional charms (we got men's black leather bracelet with triangular engraved charms with gemstones) to add to existing bracelet, we could do that separately.
